200 Quay Blvd (Lower Unit) in Brigantine NJ

Stayed here as a staycation to celebrate my bestfriend’s 30th & it was perfect. The location was everything. This was right after a storm but our stay ended up being beautiful. It was truly very homey and had all we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

- Daniela G , Posted: 9/30/2026

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay, but the only thing that hold us back was the weather, I think we did booked it in a wrong time but we did plan this weekend a month ago and obviously we didn’t expect the weather to be bad, we know during this time is colder and we expected that but not the way this weather was and how it was very dangerous to drive. Most definitely would book again but probably for the summer, especially being so close to the beach.

- Marina M , Posted: 9/28/2026

Great place to stay! I stay here often while I am in the area for work.

- Scott G , Posted: 9/17/2026

Had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless and so close to the beach — couldn’t have asked for a better location. The hosts were super easy to communicate with and made check-in a breeze. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We really enjoyed the stay and the location. We like the beach and the boardwalk!

Aug 17 2026 Positive: The location to the beach was wonderful! Negative: Our upstairs neighbors were very noisy, something clearly beyond the control of the owner of this property.

- Contorno M , Posted: 8/22/2026

We had a fantastic stay here! The accommodations were exactly as pictured, clean, organized, and very well-maintained. The location couldn't be better: it was an easy walk to both the beach and restaurant options. The kitchen was stocked with more than enough cups, plates, and utensils for our entire group. A special shoutout for including beach tags; that was an unexpected perk that saved us time and extra expense! We would definitely love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient beach getaway.

- Libby V , Posted: 8/17/2026

location and proximity to the beach was great, but that’s about it. the amenities were poor. All the towels were old, stained and mismatched. Wish i brought my own. the kitchen utensils were terrible, most of the dishes/plates were gross and unusable. plastics was bubbling and peeling. the pots and pans were also unusable, all black nonstick coating was peeling and unsafe. the over all appearance looked cleaned, but walking on the floor barefoot or in white socks, you quickly realized the floors were filthy and your feet/socks were black. wish the property had a vacuum to manage sand/dirt that inevitable tracks in at a beach property. the bed frames where extremely cheap, creaked and cracked with every movement. i specifically picked a no pet property, the unit above us had a dog on premises. we travel frequently for sports and pleasure, this was one of the least favorable properties we’ve rented.

- Kristin H , Posted: 8/14/2026

Great location! It is very close to the beach, and you can walk to the seawall and Pirate's Den. There was plenty of street parking. The unit was clean and perfect for our needs.

- Anne S , Posted: 8/10/2026

Home was really clean. Was simple and had the bare bones of what we needed. Was not fancy but had the essentials. Walkable off the beach and with kids was a great location especially staying on the bottom floor. Everything was as described.

- Brandon L , Posted: 8/6/2026

- Megan W , Posted: 7/29/2026

Amazing location! Such a hidden gem, perfect stay for alittle get away. Close walk to the beach, the water was swimmable, which is great, cause some locations are not. No onsite parking, but plenty of free parking on the road, easy to get a spot right next to the house any time of day.

- Catherine C , Posted: 7/26/2026

This place was great, real close to the water and very nice

- Nicholas H , Posted: 6/7/2026

We were in the area for a tournament at the convention center. Staying here definitely beat staying in an AC hotel. Worth paying a little more for the extra space and at home feel. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Walking distance to beach, which didn’t have the Atlantic City boardwalk zombies around at all. Seemed like a community full of retirees. Neighbors were friendly and down to earth. Would stay again if we were ever in town again.

- Walt W , Posted: 5/27/2026

Our vacation was wonderful the home was extremely perfect. Positive: We really like the home it was so clean and so cozy. The area was quiet and relaxing we really love that the house had the essentials to cook. Negative: There is only one think I did not like the bedrooms. They did not have TV in them. Please think about putting TV's in the bedrooms that would be perfect.

Great stay in Brigantine! Positive: The condo was super comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. It's in a great area of Brigantine with easy access to the beach and restaurants. The hosts are very nice and responsive. We stayed here for my daughter's volleyball tournament in Atlantic City. While it was off-season, it was still a very nice stay. Negative: Not much. 4th of July extended weekend
This property was very clean, close to the beach and an easy quick getaway for a long weekend. Will definitely book again.

- Marina T , Posted: 7/6/2025

Positive: It’s close to the beach Negative: It’s a two-story house. The host stated that no parties were allowed, but the guests on the second floor threw a loud party that lasted until 4 a.m. Keep this in mind if you’re looking for a quiet place.

- Henry G , Posted: 7/4/2025

Very enjoyable and relaxing Positive: Very cozy and the proximity to the beach Negative: Not enough Pots and Pans were supplied and the outside hose to rinse off was busted

- William M , Posted: 6/27/2025

We had a great stay. Thanks. Positive: Great location, very nice property. Negative: Only one bathroom, we could hear the people upstairs.

- Thomas D , Posted: 6/22/2025

The place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We loved the short walk to the beach, making it ideal for a family with multiple young children. It is in close proximity to great restaurants, the best bakery, and grocery store. We did run into some issues during our stay (out of the hosts control), but the host responded right away and resolved it as quickly as they could have. Their communication made all the difference and helped us feel well taken care of.

- Theresa H , Posted: 9/23/2024

Wonderful, cozy and we were able to make some family memories there. Positive: It was cozy, clean and comfortable. The property offered everything that you need- felt like we home. The owners were very sweet. They accommodated my large group of 8 and we were all very pleased. Almost didn't want to leave! It was close enough for us to go where we wanted to go without having to stay in a lesser neighborhood. It was quiet and peaceful. The best part for me was that it was so close to the beach. Negative: Nothing. It was all good.

- Marissa S , Posted: 9/17/2024

This place was great! It was very clean and the beds were comfortable -- two of my most important airbnb concerns. It was a block from the beach, so we could easily walk. The host was great at communicating and answering questions. The beds were made and there were plenty of bath towels. There were not a lot of dishes, so we washed them after every use. There were some paper products (toilet paper and paper towels), but no tissues, napkins, or coffee filters, so be prepared to bring or buy some if you need them. We were 5 people and it was comfortable, but I was glad we were not a larger group. Overall, I would highly recommend! Thank you!

- Sheri M , Posted: 9/8/2024

Short and sweet
We stayed for a long weekend and it was a very easy vacation! Lots of communication with owner.

- Stephanie P , Posted: 8/19/2024

Place is our favorite bnb so far. I almost don’t want to leave a review because I don’t want it to overbook haha. 3 queen beds really worked out for us and very versatile. Really the place is great and Steve is super responsive. Place is super clean and has everything you need for a great stay! All 5 stars except 4.5 on the value but that’s just based on airbnb fees, cleaning fees and early check out and late check in. But that’s all par for the course down the shore. Not the listings or hosts fault. So all and all very happy!!

- Kevin S , Posted: 8/15/2024

We are regular visitors to Brigantine. This was the first time staying at this house. Overall, we had a good stay. Steve, the host, was very responsive with any questions or issues. The place was exactly as described in North Brigantine. Appliances were good with some amenities. Having rented many times in Brigantine, we are used to certain amenities, which would have made a difference: 1. Having beach tags already available, most hosts have provided these to us. 2. Beach towels. Most hosts have supplied these to us. 3. Better dishes. The dishes that were supplied were plastic and could not be placed in the microwave. The above are merely suggestions to make this place even better! Overall a good stay. Thank you.

- Soma M , Posted: 8/7/2024

THE CONDO WAS NICE AND CONVENIENT AND CLEAN!! DEFINITELY WILL STAY AGAIN AND AGAIN!

- John K , Posted: 7/21/2024

Great location in Brigantine. Peaceful stay!

- Anna E , Posted: 7/9/2024

Phenomenal location Positive: Phenomenal location and very comfortable accommodations. Loved the clean, beachy colors and paintings in the condo. Enjoyed being so close to the ocean and the state park. We had a spectacular visit. Great hosts. Negative: Kitchen tools were new but not high quality for cooking real meals. No basic cooking ingredients such as salt and pepper. Needed to buy all from local Acme market. Overall, cost of condo and fees was a bit pricey for our family but we booked last min on holiday weekend. If splitting with a group, would be well worth it.

- Pamela G , Posted: 6/25/2024

Our stay was great. We enjoyed having a nice clean home to rest in. It was great pets were also allowed as they are part of the family. If I had one complaint, it would be there was only one dish towel. Although this is a dishwasher, it wasn't used except the last day. I would have brought extras if I would have known only one towel for the stay and no dish drying rack. Other than that, the place was great and the hostess was very easy to work with. I would come again to this same place. Cheryl

Stayed with 2 families of 4. This was quite cozy with the space, but it worked well for a 3 night stay. It’s just a short walk to one beach, or a short drive to a different one with closer amenities. The host was quick to respond with any queries. All in all very good, recommended.

Super clean and really nice space. Love how close it was to the beach. Unfortunately neighbors upstairs were stomping loudly till about 1am or 2am each night, to the point it sounded like they were dropping furniture. We did not sleep. We also did not think it was intentional, just a result of how they needed to walk and the hardwood floors upstairs. If loud apartment sounds don't bother you or if you don't have elderly guests, this is a perfect spot.

This place was clean, close to the beach (easy walking distance) and worked well for our family. The most important things to us were number of bedrooms and cleanliness. Jennifer’s house provided both. A great, no frills beach house, one we would have no problem recommending.

Great location, fabulous place!
The location is great! Easy walk to the beach and easy parking. House is beautifully decorated with a beach feel. It’s small - but well equipped! Nice for a family with kids or teens.

The location was great! Really beautiful and so comfortable to come back too after a long day on the beach. Superb communication. Highly recommend.

We had a beautiful stay at Jennifer’s place. It was the perfect location for our family beach getaway. The beach is just a block away and the views were beautiful.
