Great stay in Brigantine! Positive: The condo was super comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. It's in a great area of Brigantine with easy access to the beach and restaurants. The hosts are very nice and responsive. We stayed here for my daughter's volleyball tournament in Atlantic City. While it was off-season, it was still a very nice stay. Negative: Not much. Thank you for a great stay.

Super close to the water. Very clean and lots of parking. Only complaint was the upstairs was very loud. This is a first floor unit so could hear the upstairs neighbors walking around.

Positive: It’s close to the beach Negative: It’s a two-story house. The host stated that no parties were allowed, but the guests on the second floor threw a loud party that lasted until 4 a.m. Keep this in mind if you’re looking for a quiet place.

The place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We loved the short walk to the beach, making it ideal for a family with multiple young children. It is in close proximity to great restaurants, the best bakery, and grocery store. We did run into some issues during our stay (out of the hosts control), but the host responded right away and resolved it as quickly as they could have. Their communication made all the difference and helped us feel well taken care of.

Super cozy condo, not too big but feels like home. I would definitely stay here again. I loved that there are three beds, an air mattress and pull out couch available just in case. Only down side is no extra sheets for the extra beds but overall excellent stay! Hosts were super responsive as well and understanding.

Wonderful, cozy and we were able to make some family memories there. Positive: It was cozy, clean and comfortable. The property offered everything that you need- felt like we home. The owners were very sweet. They accommodated my large group of 8 and we were all very pleased. Almost didn't want to leave! It was close enough for us to go where we wanted to go without having to stay in a lesser neighborhood. It was quiet and peaceful. The best part for me was that it was so close to the beach. Negative: Nothing. It was all good.

This place was great! It was very clean and the beds were comfortable -- two of my most important airbnb concerns. It was a block from the beach, so we could easily walk. The host was great at communicating and answering questions. The beds were made and there were plenty of bath towels. There were not a lot of dishes, so we washed them after every use. There were some paper products (toilet paper and paper towels), but no tissues, napkins, or coffee filters, so be prepared to bring or buy some if you need them. We were 5 people and it was comfortable, but I was glad we were not a larger group. Overall, I would highly recommend! Thank you!

Place is our favorite bnb so far. I almost don’t want to leave a review because I don’t want it to overbook haha. 3 queen beds really worked out for us and very versatile. Really the place is great and Steve is super responsive. Place is super clean and has everything you need for a great stay! All 5 stars except 4.5 on the value but that’s just based on airbnb fees, cleaning fees and early check out and late check in. But that’s all par for the course down the shore. Not the listings or hosts fault. So all and all very happy!!

We are regular visitors to Brigantine. This was the first time staying at this house. Overall, we had a good stay. Steve, the host, was very responsive with any questions or issues. The place was exactly as described in North Brigantine. Appliances were good with some amenities. Having rented many times in Brigantine, we are used to certain amenities, which would have made a difference: 1. Having beach tags already available, most hosts have provided these to us. 2. Beach towels. Most hosts have supplied these to us. 3. Better dishes. The dishes that were supplied were plastic and could not be placed in the microwave. The above are merely suggestions to make this place even better! Overall a good stay. Thank you.

Phenomenal location Positive: Phenomenal location and very comfortable accommodations. Loved the clean, beachy colors and paintings in the condo. Enjoyed being so close to the ocean and the state park. We had a spectacular visit. Great hosts. Negative: Kitchen tools were new but not high quality for cooking real meals. No basic cooking ingredients such as salt and pepper. Needed to buy all from local Acme market. Overall, cost of condo and fees was a bit pricey for our family but we booked last min on holiday weekend. If splitting with a group, would be well worth it.

Our stay was great. We enjoyed having a nice clean home to rest in. It was great pets were also allowed as they are part of the family. If I had one complaint, it would be there was only one dish towel. Although this is a dishwasher, it wasn't used except the last day. I would have brought extras if I would have known only one towel for the stay and no dish drying rack. Other than that, the place was great and the hostess was very easy to work with. The unit was very nice inside but was lacking on some incidentals. There was only one towel per person, no beach towels or chairs, no toaster, no hair dryer, no broom or vacuum, very few utensils and silverware. Just a heads up for the next guests.

Andrea's place was as described. The accommodations were clean. Andrea and Jennifer replied to our messages with acceptable speed. They state in their description that basics are provided in the very nice kitchen. For those who plan to have a long stay, be sure to bring what you need for the kitchen and basic supplies. Super clean and really nice space. Love how close it was to the beach. Unfortunately neighbors upstairs were stomping loudly till about 1am or 2am each night, to the point it sounded like they were dropping furniture. We did not sleep. We also did not think it was intentional, just a result of how they needed to walk and the hardwood floors upstairs. If loud apartment sounds don't bother you or if you don't have elderly guests, this is a perfect spot.
