Subj: ROACHES, loud, dirty and worn out Conveniently located directly between the busiest street on the island and a marine and auto repair shop, this charmer features many amenities such as an electric wine cork remover complete covered with a mysterious sticky substance. In the offseason, the baseboard heat keeps the home warm to the soothing sound of what sounds like rattling plates being loaded into the dishwasher … all night long. The old world charm of a the rusty truck stop bathroom baseboard heater next to the toilet can only be attributed to years of men missing the mark. (Come on guys. You can do better!) Late sleepers, no need to set your alarm. The overhead aluminum door at the auto shop opening promptly at 8 am will get you right up. The air wrench also serve nicely as a snooze feature. Last but certainly not least, the home comes with a can of roach spray under the kitchen sink when you and your family will welcomed by a family of roaches … in the sink, under the fridge

This place was absolutely perfect for our family! Vanessa was incredibly accommodating and so very thoughtful. Our family was here for a funeral, and Vanessa's responsiveness really helped set our minds at ease during a very stressful time. She made sure everything we needed was taken care of, and that the accommodations had everything we needed and more. Not only is the location amazing, but the house was so comfortable that it felt like home. We are very thankful to have found this place! You will be too. Don't hesitate!

This Airbnb was a great stay—just 10 minutes from the convention center and located in a quiet area close to the water. Venessa offered a beautiful home that mirrored the photos. The beds were ultra comfortable, the kitchen well stocked and the home as a whole was awesome. I loved the fact that Venessa offered to allow us to extend our stay, which was needed as one of our guests was rushed to a nearby hospital during our stay. Very confortable beds.... nice it had three bedrooms. Very clean. and well stocked kitchen. So kind of them to provide coffee pods as well as all the fixings. Clean refrigerator. oh... also has a filtered water dispencer. loved that! Shower had very good temperature and good presure. A very confortable home. Just was a bit disapointed by location, between 2 businesses and while there was a sweet porch, it was enclosed.

We have used air b b in brigantine many times with great results but When we arrived this place did not match what was posted in the living room and kitchen at all. It was very dark with extremely low lighting and not warm and welcoming like the pictures. Needless to say we were not pleased and put off. There also is a lack of dressers in the three bedrooms to put clothes away.

Venessa was friendly and highly responsive, and the unit was clean, spacious, and easy to find and access. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Brigantine's many shops and restaurants, while a short (5-10 minute) walk from the beach. The kitchen was a plus, stocked with coffee (K-cups) and a variety of spices and condiments, and beach accessories were on site and available to guests. Outdoor hose and shower made returning from the beach a cinch. Venessa was an excellent host, and we would be delighted to stay here again our next time through Brigantine!

The place was spotless and Vanessa was a great host. However, this is a first floor unit which wasn’t made clear in the listing. There’s no real insulation so we could hear every time someone came in and was woken up several times by the people above us so it really wasn’t as relaxing as I what was looking for. And there is a mechanic shop next door which woke my daughter up pretty early. The place is convenient to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The place had great amenities as far as bath products, water in front room, etc.

This house is perfect. The living room is actually pretty big with plenty of seating. The kitchen table is humongous and can accommodate a lot of guests as well. The whole house was completely spotless and every room was lovingly curated. Richman’s, Tiki Taco, Jersey Cow, the Cellar, and least 3 other restaurants are in walking distance. Also, it is a very underrated plus to have a CVS right there in case you forgot anything. I want to bring my family back here.

This house was very comfortable for my family (two kids under 5). The house is well stocked with everything you would want and may even forget like a toothbrush and other toiletries, sunscreen, plenty of coffee and creamer, etc. There were some toys that my 1 year old enjoyed. The location is excellent, we didn't need the car for anything. We walked to the beach easily, several restaurants, a supermarket, and CVS. I would recommend this place and I would stay here again. The host is also very responsive and great to work with.

Although we've lived in Jersey all our lives, we had never been to Brigantine. The beach, which was two blocks away, was beautiful. Very fine sand and not crowded at all. Bars/restaurants were within walking distance. We shot into AC a couple of nights which is about a $7 Uber ride each way. The place was very nice, as described. The host was very responsive throughout the whole process, from booking till checkout. I would not hesitate to recommend it.

Very clean throughout, and the kitchen was well stocked with lots of dishes, cups, mugs and cooking accessories. The small patio area was an unexpected extra touch! Would highly recommend this and would definitely come back here. The location was perfect!

Brigantine is the perfect spot for people who want to enjoy the beach :) We loved the walkability of this location, especially being near an Acme and CVS.

This was our first stay in Brigantine and we will definitely be coming back. The house was exactly as described actually it was a little more updated than the photos with enough room for everyone in our family to have their own space if needed . The house was spotless and well stocked with the essentials. Cute little patio area, outdoor shower, guaranteed parking space and walkable to the beach, restaurants, etc. just made the stay even better. The host was very responsive and so friendly and fixed any issue that arose immediately! I would stay here again and would recommend this place to everyone we know! During our stay we enjoyed Aunt B’s ice cream which is dangerously around the corner, black turtle coffee and saw live music at LaScala’s beach bar. I can not recommend staying here enough, the house is a great value and a perfect location. If you’re looking for a sign to stay there this is it.

Venessa’s place was beautiful and just as you see in the pictures. We enjoyed our short stay, and would most definitely book again if we came back to the area. Quiet island community, 2 blocks to the ocean, with a variety of restaurants/bars within walking distance. All the comforts of home and a host that is very quick to respond with any questions you have, AND doesn’t overwhelm you with a giant list of rules. Highly recommended!

It was a very nice and clean Airbnb. Alot of space and a nice outside patio area as well. The beach and a ton of restaurants were within a 2-3 block walking distance, as well as basic necessity stores like Wawa and CVS. I would highly recommend and I would happily stay here again soon. The host was very kind and responsive, I didn't need to contact her too much during the stay but I have a feeling it wouldn't have been a bother at any time.

This place was fantastic. It's an 8-minute drive to Atlantic City and just a short distance from Brigantine Beach. There were nice eateries around, and the place was clean, pleasant, and comfortable. We will definitely come back!

We loved everything about our stay! It was extremely clean, so so cozy. Everything was prepared for us inside the house! Most of all Vanessa was extremely sweet. We all didn't want to leave!!
