210 33rd Unit 2 - Island Time - Parking - Beach 2 Blocks Away!

It is right next to an auto body so it is very loud. The walls are paper thin you can hear your neighbor sneeze-made it uncomfortable

We had the best stay in Brigantine! 🥰 The Airbnb was super cute, spotless, and the perfect little getaway. There happened to be a festival going on in the city during our stay, and we even had the perfect view of the live band right from the balcony, which made the experience even more special! Venessa was incredibly kind, welcoming, and responsive throughout our stay. Everything was wonderful, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway and would definitely stay here again!

Booked a mini getaway for me & my husband, my newborn baby & my shih tzu. Venessa’s place gave us the perfect set up for flexibility to explore locally by foot and by car. The unit was extremely clean and several amenities were included that came in handy when staying away from home. Venessa was very responsive and proactive with information and even recommended local events happening on the island for Labor Day weekend during our stay. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you for making our first stay as a family a memorable one!

Love ❤️ the outdoor shower and little extras like extra towels for the outdoor shower - ice already made - etc. it’s the perfect spot for a solo traveler or couple - there were three of us so it was cozy but not uncomfortable - Venessa was always responsive and answered all our questions quickly - would definitely come back!!

We had a great time. The unit was really clean & airy. It was 100 degrees outside & we were always cool inside. Beach about 2-3 blocks away but street parking was available closer. Some restaurants & shopping were within walking distance. My only complaint was the bed had a plastic cover over the mattress but under the sheet. It crunched & slid around a bit while I tried to sleep. Otherwise everything excellent.

Brigantine is a town near and very dear to my heart. This cozy cottage is beautifully done, private, and every detail is thought of. Vanessa is the most responsive host I’ve ever had in 5 years. She’s kind and accommodating. This property is the absolute perfect this location is wonderful to walk to coffee in the morning right at Summer & Sage, an incredibly homey coffee shop! Get hoagies at Earnest & Son for the beach and ice cream right next door after you hit dinner at The Beach House. This island was my home for 5 years, so feeling at home when I visit is important. This property is the cutest best kept secret on the island! You can even rent out all four units if you wanted to have private suites for a girls weekend! 10/10. And great deck spaces for happy hour. Can’t say enough good things about it :)

There was some noise due to other units in the building, but not horrible. The place was very clean and comfortable. Venessa's place was exactly as described, matched the pictures and was spotless when we arrived. Everything you need should be right there and if not there's a CVS right across the street and an ACME grocery store a few blocks down the road. Many great eating places within walking distance and a few more a short drive away. If you feel the urge, Atlantic city is just a couple miles away, but we were more than satisfied with Brigantine and this rental. The beach is just a couple blocks away with the Jersey Cow on your way back for some yummy ice cream. If you're not feeling the walk to the beach on a particular day, there's a nice open deck on the 2nd floor units for the beach effect sans the sand. We loved our stay here and Venessa was more than responsive with the few questions we had. Don't hesitate!

This place was perfect for our quiet mini beach vacation. The first thing we noticed was the clean smell as soon as we walked in. The place was immaculate.. the fridge, the bathroom, the floors. We felt right at home. It was exactly as described. Vanessa was a pleasure to deal with.. clear instructions for parking and accessing the unit. The two block walk to the beach was super convenient. And there was a great ice cream shop right around the corner. It would have been nice if beach passes were included, or if instructions were provided on how to get them. We had to Google it to find out we that had to go the municipal building and spend $30 on weekly passes. Other than that, we were extremely happy with the place and the experience. Definitely recommend for couples looking for a quiet, clean, comfortable place to stay on the beach.

The place was immaculate! Very updated. Close to everything. Beautiful sun views from the deck for morning coffee or cocktails in the afternoon. Water and snacks provided on front sun porch with local happenings. Host was very responsive and accommodating! Walkable to beach, stores, and restaurants. We loved it so much we are going back!

Had a great stay. Apartment was as described and had all the amenities needed. Had a some noise one morning from the mechanic next door working on cars but that was minor. Overall the neighborhood was safe and peaceful and I'd definitely stay again. 5 to 10 min drive to Atlantic City..can't beat that

This Airbnb was situated in a nice area, close to the beach and the hostess was accommodating. There were a few issues that needed to be addressed which the hostess was made aware of.

Very clean and comfortable place. Close to many restaurants/stores. Only a 10 min drive to AC for casinos. This is our 2nd time staying here this year and it’s been perfect each time

Prior to booking, host stated the unit had a thermostat for air conditioning which indicates there is central air (there are no window units in the photos). The thermostat does not operate the two window units which are extremely noisy; there are wide strips of tape around the units as they don't properly fit the window. Another review indicated there was a welcome basket which I did not receive. There were not even enough Keurig pods to have 2 cups per day. No ice. Balcony is very close to the main road which has constant noisy traffic and looks at an auto repair shop. No dish towel or colander and only one pot holder. No surface to put toiletries on in bathroom. Dishwasher extremely loud in the small space. Outlet by the couch does not work so you cannot plug in your phone or laptop while sitting on the couch. Outlet behind couch is used for AC and lamp so not available for use. In my opinion, while clean, it was overpriced at $275 per night with fees.

Great stay, beautiful home, close to the beach and a few minutes drive to and from everything we needed. CVS across the street allowed me to park my tractor on their lot which was really a plus for me. Highly recommend and would stay again

Nice location and can walk to the beach

- Dan C , Posted: 8/24/2023

My family and I, ( 12-year-old and 6year old and my husband) loved the space! So so, conveniently located with an ice cream stand at the end of the block, as well as our favorite ice cream, hamburger and hotdog stand one block over into the right! While the space is small, we did feel like there was more than enough room for the four of us, unless you have very small children, or would be the absolute maximum that I would fit comfortably in the space. I’m not sure if it was by chance or not, but the other renters, who were in at the same time as us, were all so so nice! there was also a small beach umbrella and two beach chairs as well as the beach tags that were left for us which was a really nice surprise! Any questions that I had, were answered well within the hour, timeline of responsiveness, and we will definitely definitely look at staying here again next summer for a longer amount of time , it was perfect!

I thoroughly enjoyed my few days in this cozy second floor apartment--it was the perfect place to cool down and relax after long days on the beach. Conveniently located within easy walking distance of restaurants, items you might need for the beach, and of course the beach itself. The apartment was very comfortable and features a nice outdoor seating area as well.

Had a great stay!

10/10 would recommend any of Vanessa’s locations. She clearly puts a lot of effort into her locations. She even goes as far as a little welcome basket with a deck of cards, water and snacks. We had trouble the first night with the tv and within less than 24 hours she showed up with a new tv. By far the best, cleanest and most thoughtful Airbnb I’ve stayed in!

This place is a great location and super close to the beach. Short ride to AC! Very clean and everything you need is included with the stay. Venessa was VERY responsive in replying to messages. We will definitely book again!
