Easy to find rental property right after the traffic circle near "lighthouse." Close to supermarket. Within walking distance of beach. Furniture was comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots and pans, and appliances.

I absolutely loved my stay at Vanessa’s place. Everything from beginning to end went incredibly smooth. The home itself was in great condition, clean, and private! It was surrounded by so many places that are just a quick walk away. The communication was amazing during our entire stay. Vanessa was so easy to talk to and willing to help with anything we needed. I will absolutely book again. <3

Good location to walk everywhere and very nice comfortable place to stay for a quick getaway

- Dakota K , Posted: 9/12/2026

This property is a very nicely appointed one bedroom. The location was two blocks from the beach. We actually drove up the two blocks and parked very easily on the street next to the beach because we had chairs, umbrellas and cooler. The beach was wide and sandy. The apartment manager is very responsive and very attentive to any request. The decor is has a nice beach vibe and the bed was comfortable. There was even a nice outdoor deck to sit on with chairs and tables. Nearby were all the necessaries-Brigantine Bistro had good food, Jersey cow ice cream is one block away CVS across the street. I recommend this place! We had a wonderful relaxing time. Thank you to our hosts.

- Ron B , Posted: 9/4/2026

We had the most wonderful getaway at Vanessa’s Airbnb! The location is absolutely perfect—just a quick walk to the beautiful beach and surrounded by great local restaurants, yet the property itself remains incredibly quiet and peaceful. The entire place was spotless, exceptionally clean, and thoroughly well-checked before our arrival. Vanessa is a fantastic host, quickly responds and clearly cares about her guests' comfort. We had a relaxing, seamless stay and would absolutely love to return. Highly recommended!"

We had an awesome time! Close to beach and restaurants. Two things that prevented the 5/5 rating is that check out is EARLY, before 10am, and there was construction going on next door that started at 8am (this is beyond anyone's control). Overall a great stay!

Great location I liked the town and the house was clean. I was a bit concerned with security being that there was no lock on the front door or sunroom door and the lock to my actual room didn’t seem to match up right so it never actually locked fully.

First time at Brigantine and very pleased with the home we chose to stay at. Convenient location with CVS right across the street and Acme 2 minutes down the road. Clean home, kitchen has what you need, along with the bathroom. Responsive and friendly host and we really enjoyed and appreciated the sunset on the rooftop deck, along with the toys in the front room for ones who bring along their children + the basket of snacks! Very peaceful location and we would love to come back in the summer! Thanks Venessa! ☺️

Definitely enjoyed my time in Brigantine the airbnb was super clean and easily accessible. Couldn’t be in a better location either I felt like I was right in the middle of everything! Will be back back again for sure

- Andrew B , Posted: 11/21/2023

I’m giving this place 5 stars because it was affordable and mostly clean. The bathroom was a little dirty and some small things were broken or worn but overall the place was nice and in a good area. The place is a little smaller than it looks in the pictures and the beach is a bit further than we thought it would be but nothing too bad. My advice to anyone planning to stay here is 1st buy aluminum baking tins and sheets if you plan on cooking because they only have a cookie sheet that doesn’t fit in the oven. 2nd if you’re not from Jersey remember that they don’t use plastic shopping bags so take the ones from the house with you to get groceries otherwise you have to buy them. 3rd and final, the host is very accommodating and responds quickly so if you need anything or have any questions just shoot them a text. Our favorite part was walking down to the beach and putting our toes in the water.

- Kylee C , Posted: 11/16/2023

Jenn was a great host. Great response time every time we asked a question on the app. There was a problem with the ceiling in the living room and she personally came out and fixed the problem. They had AC which was needed it and it cooled the place down so much. The place was clean and exactly how it looked on the app. The neighborhood has a very small town feel with lots of family businesses and very walkable. She recommended a few places for us to do things. It was a great stay overall and would definitely visit again.

Great place to stay! Great host

- Joe N , Posted: 7/9/2023

This home was a perfect weekend getaway from a busy Manhattan life. The home is equipped with everything you need for a weekend trip, location was perfect and very close to a CVS, supermarket and Wawa. We especially enjoyed the cute ice cream shop around the corner after long days at the beach. This trip was such a blast and the proximity of the beach definitely makes it a must- stay! Thank you so much

Cozy home in a great location just 2 blocks from the beach and 10 minutes from AC. Highly recommend!

Great, clean little spot within short walking distance of all the best spots in town!

Venessa was very responsive and quick to answer any questions or concerns. The apartment is a little small but with the group we had for this past weekend it was exactly the size and price that we wanted. The place is beautifully decorated and very clean. 10/10 if you have a small group of 4 or less this place will do just for you. Only downside is there wasn’t any cable but there was Netflix and Hulu.
