223 10th Street N ( Unit 5 ) in Brigantine NJ

This place is exactly as pictured. It is in a great location very close to beautiful Brigantine Beach.

Would stay again for a short trip. Positive: The proximity to the beach and a small cafe was exceptional. Negative: The bed spring was broken and the dishwasher. But we made do. We ate with paper plates and washed by hand.

Great location.

- Liz M , Posted: 9/2/2026

I took my parents to Brigantine to enjoy a few quiet days at the shore. The apartment was excellent, very clean, location was great. The host was very response and friendly. We will be back!!

- Jenny M , Posted: 8/28/2026

The WiFi was spotty , the door wouldn’t stay close unless you locked it when the neighbors upstairs were going in or out our door would open ( no privacy on the lower unit our unit ) so when we wanted to sit on the porch or get something out of the car the door would open so you had the manual lock the door every time.we had to share 4 beach chairs for 2 units there is no washer and dryer we went to the laundry for 3 hours out of our vacation time .. the green heads were so bad on the property and at the beach I was bitten over fifty times .. the ac was programmed to 78 so every time we would turn it down it would go back to 78 degrees 1/2 hour later we didn’t figure it out until 2 days later. For the price of the unit I thought it would have been a lot better.

- Michelle L , Posted: 8/23/2026

Our first time to Brigantine and this was the perfect place. I would recommend staying here to anyone visiting. We will definitely be back.

- Andrew C , Posted: 8/17/2026

Great place, excellent location!! Being able to walk less than 5 minutes from the beach to the front door was ideal.

- Talia B , Posted: 7/22/2026

Very nice place. Near the beach. Host was accommodating. Overall good stay

- Jim M , Posted: 7/18/2026

The location was everything- quiet, close to the beach and restaurants in walking distance. Hosts were super accommodating and provided everything we needed (beach tags, towels, etc.) We loved having coffee on the front porch while listening to the waves every morning, spending hours at the beach during the day and grabbing pizza and ice cream in town. We recommend staying here for a nice relaxing vacation!

The condo was on the first floor so super convenient to access, very clean, and beautifully decorated. The location is amazing - literally steps from the beach. The neighborhood is also very clean and calm. Would definitely recommend! It's also a 15 minute drive from Atlantic City if you're interested.

- Michal S , Posted: 5/7/2026

Beautiful location, steps from the beach! We visited for a cheer competition in the winter but this place is perfect for the summer beach vacation. 15 minutes from Atlantic City boardwalk. Hosts were very responsive, clean place, easy to find.

- Kristen M , Posted: 2/16/2026

Our short getaway couldn't have been more perfect. The unit was very clean, beds were comfy and there was plenty of space for the two of us. The quick walk to the beach was perfect. Having beach chairs and umbrella available to use was a nice touch. We found The Pirate's Den a few blocks down for a bite to eat. Communication with our host was timely and accommodating. Brigantine is such a charming and peaceful town and we look forward to booking this great place in the future.

Dream Vacation
This was our first time in Brigantine Beach and we fell in love with the area. We traveled with our 1 year old which meant we had A LOT of stuff so being close to the beach was a must and this house was perfect for us. This property was clean and any time I had a question (even leading up to the trip) the owners were quick to reply. The property is 2 miles from the grocery store and just as close to any where else you might want to go. Thank you for such a beautiful stay, we can’t wait to go back!

- Kate O , Posted: 4/28/2025

- John A , Posted: 4/8/2025

Positive: The location was great. Very clean as well. A few issues.... First no bakeware at all coudnt even make frozen pizza or anything else in the oven. 2nd no tv at all in the bedrooms was super annoying and inconvenient. no heat in the bathrooms. Visiting during a cold weekend made no heat bathrooms extremely uncomfortable and finally the bed i slept in was awful slanting toward the middle.

The porch was icy all weekend and nothing was put out had to walk around so we didn’t fall carrying our stuff out and in. When we first got there the door was open little so I had to search the place before I brought my daughter in. I notified the owners the door didn’t lock unless I was inside. They said they were going to send maintenance out to fix it and never did but bc I had to be at events for my child I had to stay and every time I left the door had to be left open so they could have went in and stole my stuff or just went in when we weren’t there. Felt very unsafe. Even when I checked out the door still wouldn’t close. I actually left early Sunday bc I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my stuff and the door being open

- Denise A , Posted: 1/13/2025

Hi Denise, we truly appreciate you sharing your experience with us. We sent maintenance the next day after it was reported to check on the door issue, and while it was not broken, we understand how frustrating and unsettling this must have been for you. Your comfort and safety are very important to us, and we’re genuinely sorry for any distress this caused. We also regret that the icy porch made things more difficult during your stay. Please know that we take your feedback seriously and will work to ensure these concerns are addressed to improve future experiences. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

The apartment was as expected. Comfortable and convenient with everything working well. Kitchen tools are basic but present.

- Robert H , Posted: 12/29/2024

Positive: Exceptional location close to the ocean, sea wall and bay, and an easy drive to the jetty, groceries, shops and restaurants. Parking was great. Having a hose right outside was so convenient and being able to quickly rince off kept the sand from getting into the condo and our car. The unit itself had a nice vibe and was sparkling clean. Loved being able to cook our own meals--especially the fish we caught surf casting. Negative: The matress in one of the bedrooms is sagging in the middle. The kitchen had pots but no baking pans etc. to use in the oven. Could easily hear footsteps and voices from the family staying in the unit above who awoke very early each morning.

- Pamela G , Posted: 8/31/2024

Nice place, well maintained, close to the beach.

- Nav D , Posted: 8/20/2024

nice stay very close to the beach. does not provide beach passes but passes didn't seem to be enforced when we visited. you will need to bring your own beach towels, chairs etc.

- Alexandra S , Posted: 8/16/2024

We had a beautiful trip! The house was perfect! Immaculately clean, fabulous location and Andi is a superb host! Can’t wait to come back.

- Salim E , Posted: 8/9/2024

Positive: The condo was lovely, decorated beautifully and steps from the beach. Perfect location, we really enjoyed our stay!

- Hooven J , Posted: 8/6/2024

BEAUTIFUL BEACH
There was work done and furniture delivered Saturday for the second-floor unit, therefore we could not use our deck Saturday. That was VERY disappointing.

- Cora S , Posted: 8/1/2024

Andi’s shore house was perfect for our three day stay in Brigantine! We could see the ocean from the front porch! The house was spotless and had everything that we needed! Would definitely recommend this house for long weekend down the shore 😊

- Christina B , Posted: 7/29/2024

Positive: Very clean, close to the shore, easy access to the beach. Negative: Having access to cleaning supplies, like a vacuum, would be nice. Bringing young children with, it’s easy to have a few things that need cleaned with a vacuum.

- Zack W , Posted: 7/15/2024

Great place so close to the beach. Great hosts who were very responsive and gave really clear instructions about check in and check out.

- Susan V , Posted: 6/30/2024

Stayed for 3 nights with my husband and 3yr old daughter and the space and location fit our needs. It is indeed limited in terms of kitchen wares, as stated in the description. There were no mixing bowls or measuring cups for pancakes etc or flat baking sheets for pizzas or cookies (which was unexpected), but the stove top griddle, pots and pans, and toaster were nice. There was also no broom or vacuum, so I messaged Andi and although they were indeed responsive, the cleaners did not drop one off like they said they would, so sand was indeed everywhere despite best efforts. And yes, you can hear the people upstairs, but it wasn't necessarily a deterrent for us. And while it was stated in the description that beach tags were not provided, it was still unfortunate and unlike most other beach Airbnbs I've stayed in. Overall it was fine!

- Cailin I , Posted: 6/29/2024

We had a lovely stay in Andi's space. The space was super-clean and it was only steps to the beach. There were a few places in town for food and the Atlantic City Boardwalk was a short drive away. This is a great place to stay if you like to keep away from crowds and enjoy a serene beach experience.

- Laura P , Posted: 6/28/2024

My family and I had a great beach weekend at Andi’s Airbnb. Everything in the unit was as described, and we loved that the beach access was right across the street. We also enjoyed the front porch. The unit was clean, spacious and free of any clutter. Bed linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap were provided which really saves from us having to pack a ton. We really appreciate the additional powder room for a condo of this size. The bed in the larger bedroom seems like it may need to be replaced, but otherwise it was a perfect stay. We would rent here again without hesitation!

- Janine D , Posted: 6/24/2024

We had a wonderful stay at this property, and a great beach getaway in Brigantine! Condo is one block from the beach - it couldn't be more convenient. The space is clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed.

- Manuel C , Posted: 6/23/2024

The place was clean, very nicely decorated & not cluttered. Made great use of the available space and the host was very responsive and friendly. She took the time to proactively prepare us for our arrival & was clear in what amenities the place had. Reasonable (& minimal) clean up requested before departure and such a short walk to the beach! We enjoyed our stay and are already talking about a return trip! Thanks for having us!

- Ethel W , Posted: 5/23/2024

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this apartment for a week, and I must say, it was nothing short of perfect. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail. The apartment was impeccably maintained, and it truly felt like a home away from home. One of the most significant features of this apartment was its convenient location. It was right by the beach, allowing us to enjoy the sun, sand, and surf easily. We could easily stroll to the beach whenever we wanted, making our stay flow effortlessly. The host of the apartment was fantastic. They were friendly, accommodating, and always available to answer questions or address our concerns. Their hospitality truly made us feel welcome and comfortable. But perhaps the most rewarding aspect of our stay was the ability to make core memories with my sons and our family. The apartment provided a cozy and inviting space for us to spend quality time.

Very nice unit. Was exactly as described. Close to beach . First time to brigantine and slightly turned off to the amount of Green-head flies. Not much to do in local area without getting into car and driving. Unit was clean. Would note that the noise level from unit above was rather loud. You should hear babies yelling and furniture moving. Walls seem thin. All products were provided However they seemed to be on lower end side (soaps and shampoo) would suggest you bring your own soaps etc.

The best thing about this home was how CLEAN everything was. The location was great, so close to the beach and boardwalk. The benches on the seawall were helpful if you just want to sit and watch the water. We really enjoyed sitting on the lounge chairs on the front porch. I can't say enough good things about Andi's place!

- Alexa N , Posted: 7/1/2023

The space was clean and as described. Only issue we ran into was the Wi-Fi connection was spotty. Andi was very responsive, even had some one and troubleshoot, but still streaming anything other than the tv did not work well. Location was great though, and though the kitchen is basic, that was clear in the description. I would consider renting again if returning to the area.

- ravin p , Posted: 6/20/2023

We had a great stay! The house was immaculate! Additionally, the cleaning lady we interacted with was SO NICE! The location is wonderful. A short walk to the beach and right next to a ramp (good for beach carts). A few things that I would want to know as a future renter— -The kitchen is pretty sparse. no toaster (an important appliance to us) so that made things tricky. Had to make toast in the oven (which has an incredibly strong (I think gas?) smell.) We ended up deciding not to use the oven again. -The furniture is arranged in a way that makes it really awkward to get around the space. I don’t see how you could possibly use either of the pull out couches. So unless you plan to rearrange the room, you shouldn’t plan to use the pull outs. -finally, the noise from the above unit was insane. Sounded like we were being bombed. I wouldn’t stay in this unit again bc of it. Couldn’t hear the unit beside at all tho which is good! Id just suggest another unit from this wonderful owner.

Nice short stay
We rented this property for my daughter’s volleyball tournament in Atlantic City. It was a great stay. The place was very clean. We opted for this place rather than a hotel so we could do our own cooking. The kitchen had everything we needed for a short stay for 3 people. The beds were super comfy. That is often hard to find. It was a short walk to the beach. Another great perk! We would definitely stay again.

Great location, very clean, and the owner was very responsive!

The location of this unit is great, you can literally sit on the front porch and see & hear the ocean. I didn't know this was a downstairs unit until arrival and upstairs guests with kids running and stomping was not pleasant, but I reached out to Andrea and she responded very quickly and said she'd reach out to them and they did settle down a little, I would opt for upstairs unit next time. Host was very responsive every time I reached out to her, the place was clean and cozy.

Pros- very close to the nice beach, clean, seems to be newly renovated with nice features. Cons- loud upstairs, thin walls, missing some simple items like a toaster and scissors in the kitchen. Overall, the stay was enjoyable and the host was responsive.

Hi Natalie, thank you for staying with us, sorry about the thin walls, we will take that into consideration when doing renovations.

Very nice, clean, comfortable beds, great location just across street from beach, nice front porch. Nice residential area, one small restaurant in walking distance. Beach nice with life guards. Liked having electronic lock and no key.

The condo was very nice and location was great.

This was a really great find for a couple of days on the shore- about a 3 minute walk to the quiet little boardwalk by the ocean. The place has been newly renovated with super comfortable beds, new kitchen appliances and a front porch with lounge chairs from which you can see the ocean across the avenue. There are several units - if we go again, I'd be sure to book one on the second floor for a more private deck and no upstairs noise.

Very Nice!
We all really had a great time staying here. Very clean and well maintained. Loved how close to the beach it was. Was very quiet but as the weekend approached, the houses/condos near us started to fill up with people. Very prompt response from the management company during our stay. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great time at Andi's place! Best part was the location -- just steps to the beach, which was great for our 1 and 3 year-olds. The bedrooms were big enough to set up a pack'n'play for the baby. The place looked and smelled very clean. We appreciated the essentials which were provided - dish soap/sponge, wipes, paper towels, soap, shampoo, makeup remover wipes. The only things we didn't bring and had to buy were salt/pepper/sugar and bottled water. The only negative - we wish the soundproofing between units was better, the group who rented the second floor unit above ours was a bit loud.

Condo was VERY clean, and welcoming. Updates were great. Positive: Location was great, close to beach! Negative: Washer/dryer

Positive: My mom and sister said it was the nicest place they ever stayed in! It was truly beautiful and CLEAN! The nice touches like dish soap, dish washer tabs, shampoo and conditioner, the cute rose made out of toilet paper and the paper towel bow felt like someone really cared! The keyless entry made it easy to not worry about losing the key in the sand. The cold waters and k-cups were sweet to see for us! The decor was simple (which I like) and costal! Negative: The ONLY things I would change were more wash cloths. There were plenty of bath towels but only 4 wash clothes. Also, the pull out couch was saging and uncomfortable to sit on. The beds were super comfortable though.

Hello Melinda! Thank you for your wonderful feedback! We are thrilled knowing the property and time spent there fully met your expectations. And we love hearing how you noticed the details of the home and the management. Your comments about the washcloths and pull-out couch are noted, and we'll work on making those improvements. We hope to welcome you back in the future!
