Writing an honest review, as there was an issue at check-in that I feel should be noted. When we arrived the unit was not cleaned after the previous guests. This may have been just a one-off mistake and I understand mistakes can happen, but it did impact our experience. However, the host did respond promptly and had housekeeping there within 30 minutes. We were told there was a miscommunication between property manager & housekeeper. Hopefully our experience prompted them to take measures to make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Host also refunded an agreed amount for the inconvenience. The unit does match the photos and the bedrooms are spacious. Two blocks from the beautiful beach and very close to CVS, coffee, food, ice cream. Everything within walking distance. There are 2 other units on the property (as described in the listing) which doesn’t offer much privacy or any outdoor space, but the other guests at the time were very pleasant and friendly.

Great little apartment for a beach weekend! The location is very convenient and the unit was very quite despite being close to other condos/homes. The livingroom and bedrooms were spacious and everything was clean when we arrived. A few minor things could be updated like slow draining sink in bathroom and light bulb out near the front door. But our stay was still very comfortable and Mike was timely and responsive. Would definitely book again!

Great little place to stay, great location, views aren’t good could use a little tlc. Positive: Great location, a ton to do in walking distance. Beach just a short walk. Coffee shop next door. Great little spot Negative: Beds aren’t in great shape, tvs could use updating. Pull outs are broken so we just used cushions for the kiddos. Outdoor seating was quiet but no view at all.

Mike's place was clean and very close to the beach. It was a great place for my husband, teenage daughter, and I to have a couple of days at the beach. Unfortunately, it rained most of the time so we stayed indoors, but we were able to have some nice quality time.

We had a great time! One star off for not coming to provide the hand soap, dishwasher pods, or fix kitchen faucet despite communications responding that they would address this. It did not have microwaveable plates. This isn’t a huge deal, but just a FYI if you’re staying for more than a few days. We really enjoyed our time and it’s a great location! Easy to walk to great restaurants and ice cream spots.

Good stay. The apartment is definitely no frills—so depending on what you are looking for in your beach location. Less than 10 minute walk to the beach, ice cream and deli across the street. Apartment itself felt a little outdated in furnishings, artwork, and fairly bare bones kitchen (one pot, one pan) only an issue if you are looking to cook anything during your stay. Good value for the price if you are just looking to bum it at the beach for a few days.

Concerns or questions to host were responded to quickly. Pet friendly was questionable as no immediate area for pet elimination on propery due to no lawn but was within walking distance to do so without concern. House was ser up nicely, clean, and comfortable. Would suggest clips at top of stairs outside to hang beach towels and such to dry. Definately would return or find additional properties with the hosts.

Very nice hosts! Beautiful location! Nice size for a family! My only complaint is that the space was not clean. There were a lot of stains on the couches and so much hair on the beds. The fans were so dusty.

We stayed here on our trip to Atlantic City. It is a nice quiet area away from the main boardwalk in AC but still only 5 minutes from the casinos. Our host was very good with communication and the space exceeded our expectations! The price was fair, and cheaper than getting a hotel for 4 of us. Overall we would recommend this Airbnb for anyone small group coming to the area! 10/10!!

The location was really close to the beach and right near all the necessities. The inside was welcoming and secluded and provided ample comfort to get away from the summer heat, enough space to do some light cooking at the kitchenette, and comfortable beds to sleep in. Wifi was a bit slow, but was good for cell usage and search needs. Bathroom was clean and fresh and the showe+tub was nice as well, the provided soaps dispensers were perfect! Great over all experience and the hosts were quick to communicate when needed and clear with instructions

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay and would recommend to others. The location was great, and accommodations just as pictured. All spaces were quite clean and we slept soundly. It was very walkable with easy access to the beach, a coffee shop, a CVS. A nice surprise was getting an aerobic swim at the nearby Brigantine aquatics club during drop-in hours (call to ask). We cooked breakfasts and one dinner. The stove, oven and microwave worked well and some basics were provided. Read the descriptions to make sure you have or bring any special tools, or just ask. Andi was always responsive and informative. Thanks for a great stay!

We booked this place for a month for family’s visiting from overseas and it was beyond great! Location is perfect like there are CVS, shops, restaurants, bakery for less than 5mins walk, few blocks from the beach, grocery store, Wawa, etc… but the place was very quiet. Both beds and couches were comfortable, kitchen utensils were there, most of toiletries were there so you don’t really need to bring even for a long stay. Highly recommended for this place!

Andrea’s place was immaculate and just as described on her website. What would have made our stay even better is if some beach passes, towels and accessories were available for use, but that was disclosed upfront, so it didn’t keep my son and I from having a wonderful stay. Cute, cozy and super convenient to beautiful Brigantine beach, restaurants and shops. We walked to Ernests, Aunt B's, Tiki Taco and CVS. I loved playing 2+ hours of pickleball every morning with other visitors and residents at the nearby Brigantine courts. Andrea was very responsive and provides all the amenities to make our stay comfortable. This was our first time to Brigantine but certainly not the last!

Just a few blocks from the beach. Very clean. Only thing that would be better is to have some outdoor space, as it is a converted 2nd floor apt. The master bed mattress was very hard. Everything else was great

This is a perfect spot. Stayed here with my sons, spacious enough for 4 or even 6 people. Communication with Andi was tremendous. Proximity to beach and food/ice cream options was awesome. Outdoor shower for rinsing off was also really nice. Can't wait to stay here again!

Perfect confo for our family - close to beach and close to everything else
Trip was last min getaway with my wife and our 5-yr old daughter and we stayed for 5 days. Condo itself was great and only 1.5 blocks from beach and we also walked to the playground and mini-golf, about 10-min or so to get to each. Owner was really good about reaching out with details in advance and quick to reply when there were questions. Tons of windows and natural light and we never needed to turn on the air since it was in the 70s outside and we could get a really nice breeze through the living room-kitchen and ceiling fans in every room. The kitchen is small but very functional with a nice gas range and the raised table also works well as a prep table. We cooked breakfast every morning and dinner 2 nights and were very pleasantly surprised at how nice the ACME in Brigtaine is (not quite as good as Wegmans but the nicest ACME I've been to) and was a great option to have a nice dinner at "home" when weather was bad or my daughter was tired and we could just relax. Condo was clean and everything inside was basically brand new too which certainly helped. There was an auto shop across the street and I expected it to be loud but aside from an occasional car starting, there was very little noise from that and sleeping with windows open overnight, there was very little outside noise. I will definitely look this one up again next time we head to the shore

Let me say first and foremost, Andi was very quick to respond. I wanted to add on one night so I sent her a message fully expecting to wait an hour or more for the response. She was very quick to respond and viola we got the extra night. Below are my pros/cons Pros: Everything felt really new. Comfy couches. Great mattress. Lovely bed linens Cute little dishwasher Very clean Very quiet Kuerig for coffee Plenty of pots and pans Beautiful range with the flat grill in the middle to make pancakes/bacon Cons: No Mugs No Tumblers No Toaster or toaster oven No Cookie sheets

The location is absolutely amazing and Andi is great with response time! The bedrooms are a great size, plenty of towels, lots of couch space in the living room. The apartment isn’t necessarily fully equipped: kitchen is missing standard cooking knives, mugs, baking sheets, normal drinking glasses for folks planning on cooking full meals; no normal floor vacuum or iron/board. One of the days, HVAC workers showed up several feet outside the living room window to work on the AC unit of a different apt and we weren’t given a heads up that workers would be on the roof immediately outside the unit, so that was a little strange. But the hosts were quick to confirm workers would not interrupt our unit. Overall, a nice stay! All the basics, amazing location, and great communication!

We stayed here for Memorial Day weekend. It was a great time. It’s two blocks from the beach, clean, and perfect for a weekend getaway. The Spot is newly renovated and would fit two couples or a family of five very easily. The host was friendly and had great communication. I will definitely come back again.
