314 41st St- Unit 1 (bottom) :Relax and enjoy the Beach + Beautifully updated!

The facility was very clean, nicely laid out, great location, comfortable, but it was one of three units in a single house. The noise level from the upstairs apartment was pretty loud.

We had a very nice stay here. Exactly as it was posted. Very close to the beach, safe to take walks at night, very close to a great supermarket "ACME", walkable to restaurants near by, ice cream shops, etc..10 minute drive to AC, and a short drive to bigger restaurants and place to eat, hear music, and just relax. Strhost was very responsive. Great stay! would definitely rent again..

We had a very pleasant stay while our daughter had dance competitions in Atlantic City. Spacious enough for our family of five with a very nice kitchen for cooking meals. We were able to be in the ocean after just a ten minute walk. Our hosts were easy to communicate with and responded quickly to all our questions. We had never stayed on Brigantine before but will certainly look to come back.

Great place and wonderful location. The place was spotless, spacious and super convenient to all things Brigantine. Close to the beautiful beach, pickleball courts, and tasty restaurants and coffee shops. Back deck and the modern kitchen were highlights! We will be back.

We had an wonderful stay at Jordan's place and stayed little over than a month. This place looks exactly as it is shown in the picture. Very neat and clean place with thoughtful decor. We instantly felt at home once we checked in. Check-in was a breeze so was the checkout process. Kitchen has amazing facilities and latest appliances too. There is also dedicated parking behind the apartment which is really very convenient. Each room had enough cozy bed for your entire family. This home is very close to Brigantine Beach ( few mins walk ). CVS and grocery store is almost walking distance and we felt safe walking even in late evening. The casinos and Atlantic Broadway walk was very short drive too. Lastly the host was amazing along with all his staffs. Very prompt and responsive and courteous. I would also extend my sincere thanks and gratitude to the owner who was very good and kind too. Overall we had great stay and made memories to cherish forever !

Exceeded expectations: extremely clean, great communication and location.

- Joel D , Posted: 10/14/2024

This property was by far the cleanest, neatest Airbnb property at which I've stayed, like 5-star hotel clean. The house is in a great, convenient location, with great amenities. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen well-organized. If I ever come back to Brigantine, would stay here in a heartbeat. Jordan was always accessible, a great communicator, responding in minutes to the questions I had. Appreciate the ease, convenience, and quiet get-away nature of this place.

- Karima Z , Posted: 10/8/2024

Good location, just be aware that the walk through the grasses/dunes is quite long, and the beach at this end of Brigantine is very wide. The house was comfortable, although we could hear every footstep and sneeze from the guests on the floor above us. The kitchen was definitely the best part! Lots of space, decent cooking supplies, huge fridge and nice counter seating area. Nice outdoor shower and back deck.

- Kim P , Posted: 9/22/2024

Great rental option in Brigantine! We rented for a girls trip college reunion and it was the perfect space. Super close to the beach, the nearby Brigantine community center with putt-putt and pickleball/tennis courts! The kitchen could have been better stocked (bring your own wine opener and Tupperware) but overall a very nice place to stay!

- Tory A , Posted: 9/4/2024

Very clean and nicely decorated. It was a quick walk to the beach and less than a minute drive to the local stores. Jordan was friendly and quick to respond. My only complaint is the house had a few quirks. The flooring was very soft in parts of the kitchen and some drywall was falling out of the ceiling by the doorway. Also a little weird having to leave for a showing at lunch time. He was transparent before booking that it could be a possibility though.

- Victoria B , Posted: 8/28/2024

Wow! This apartment was so clean, spacious and comfortable! Best away-from-home bed we have ever slept in. The location can’t be beat, either. Did I mention how unbelievably clean it was? And cozy. Thanks for the bottled water - a nice touch.

- Wendy G , Posted: 2/19/2024

The home was just as described and very neat and clean. The heating worked in the main part of the home but took some time to warm up the place, the bedrooms were a bit colder. Very beautiful home. However, I was unable to use the home the first 2 nights due to the lock on the door being broken so the code that was given in the instructions did not let me in. After maintenance fixed the door lock I was able to access the home for my final 2 nights. I had hoped there was more consideration to a compensation/solution from the host in a proactive way but it was not. I did have to ask and was told they would get back to me to no avail. Thankfully Airbnb company did refund me for the nights I was locked out and reimbursed me a percentage of what I paid for a hotel stay.

This lovely duplex is moments away from the beach; so close you won't think twice about going back if you left something or need to use the restroom! It is also very close to shopping and dining on the island, and just a few minutes from the best casinos. The apartment itself is roomy and laid out so you don't feel like you're right on top of each other. The kitchen is large the island is perfect for dining. Our bed was VERY comfortable. Jordan is an excellent host who was swift to respond to every question we had, and very helpful when we needed guidance. One thing to be aware of is that if you are on the ground floor you are highly likely to hear your neighbors on the second floor. It wasn't a problem for us; the guests above weren't having a loud party or anything, but you will hear footsteps and conversation occasionally. Overall, this is a great place with a terrific host.

- Frank S , Posted: 1/15/2024

Jordan's place was exactly like the pictures and as described. VERY COZY. The bathroom was spacious and very appreciated. Loved the open kitchen and living room area. Plenty of space for a couple or small family. Overall, we had a great stay and plan to come back in the summer.

Great host. Great house. Great location. This is a beautiful clean spot close to the beach! About a 5-10 minute walk to the ocean. Beach was terrific. Can drive a 4 wheel drive vehicle on the beach. Close to the grocery store and restaurants. 15 minute drive to the Atlantic City boardwalk. Absolutely loved this house and would recommend to any family looking for a Jersey shore trip!

- Ryan B , Posted: 7/2/2023

Overall the stay was pretty good. The place was actually super clean, there were plenty of bath towels and extra pillows, and the hot water in the outdoor shower was a nice perk! Furniture was fine, and kitchen decently stocked. My family enjoyed it due to the walkability to the beach at 42nd st and Ubers were readily available for our date night to AC. Everything was great until a group of “frat boys” checked in our last night, and proceeded to disturb the peace all night. Up and down the stairs, loud music and conversations, slamming things on the floor and dragging furniture to rearrange the place into the wee hours. The hosts were contacted twice and nothing was done to solve the issue or compensate our ruined night. We were exhausted on the long drive home the next day and still were asked to give a 5 star review. Brigantine is a quiet, family oriented community with a lot of full-time residents including immediately next door. This behavior should not have been tolerated.

- Natalie H , Posted: 6/19/2023

Thank you for choosing our Airbnb and for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear that you had an overall good stay and found the place clean and well-stocked with amenities. However, we deeply apologize for the disturbance caused by the group of guests who checked in on your last night. We understand how frustrating and disruptive this experience must have been for you and your family. We strive to provide a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all our guests, and we failed to address the issue promptly. We take your feedback seriously, and we will investigate the incident to ensure that such behavior is not tolerated in the future. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and understand the impact it had on your night.

Jennifer & Andrea's place was amazing! Aside from its great location, which was only ten minutes away from all key destinations in Atlantic City (and the wonderful neighborhoods of Brigantine itself,)the space, furnishings and decor of the condo was top notch. From comfortable furniture to soft linens, all of the things that can sometimes make being away from your home difficult were NOT to be found here. The cleaning staff made sure that everything was pristine upon my arrival, and Andrea even had them drop off an iron & ironing board, which she told me would be there but couldn't be located once I arrived. These little things are what separates "so-so" hosts/stays from great ones, and I would re-book with these folks without a second thought. The one thing I would advise future guests to make note of is that if the condo above has several guests (I stayed on the first of two floors, as the hosts manage both units in the building), you will definitely hear them if they aren't keeping things quiet. A family of six (two parents and FOUR young children) arrived the second day of my stay, and they allowed the kids to run all over their unit, which caused quite the disturbance at 7-8 AM on the following Saturday. Furthermore, they were apparently celebrating a birthday, having additional guests over, and I had the pleasure of hearing them sing and celebrate as early as 9 o'clock. So, while this was not our hosts' fault, it's something to be conscious of. Honestly, I wish I could rate the guests we shared the space with, because in terms of consideration for others around them, they were definitely deserving of one star. Again, this had no bearing on how I felt about the home and my hosts, I just would like to make future guests aware of it, as well as push others reading this to be conscious of those they may share the space with. Beyond that one niggle, this was an A+ experience. Thank you once again!

- James W , Posted: 11/13/2022

The facade is nice. The safety issues need to be addressed along with the inflated billing!!!!

- Elisabeth A , Posted: 11/12/2022

I appreciate how responsive and accommodating the host was throughout our stay and for offering to extend at our stay. I highly recommend! We would definitely stay again!
