314 41st St- Unit 2 (top): Beach Getaway + Parking + 2 blocks to Beach!

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful weekend getaway staying here! The unit was nice and clean and in a great spot on the island. We would recommend this space and would definitely stay here again!

Clean, convenient, quiet stay. Highly recommended!

- Nigel D , Posted: 9/13/2026

The whole experience was extremely easy. The apartment was well kept, clean, and comfortable. Bed was so comfy. Easy access to the beach, has its own parking spot, and even outside shower. Do recommend maybe adding a tv to the bedroom. Outside decks allowed for a nice place to have coffee in the morning while planning our day. Highly recommend this place.

We had a great trip! It was very nice

- Zachary B , Posted: 8/24/2026

Our trip was short but sweet, I would definitely come again. The apartment was absolutely spotless, the host was responsive and the location can’t be beat. I highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a beach getaway.

- Jillian L , Posted: 8/18/2026

Great quick family getaway close to the beach!

- Kevin L , Posted: 7/28/2026

Our family had a wonderful stay! The location was ideal, with easy access to the beach as well as nearby shops and restaurants. The property included even more amenities than we expected, such as linens, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and many other thoughtful extras. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and quick to answer any questions or accommodate our requests. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return in the future.

- Liz L , Posted: 7/19/2026

The stay was great it’s in a fantastic spot. Positive: It was a great location. It was very well decorated the beds were comfy but the couch was not and should be updated. The kitchen was bright and airy and updated the balcony was nice also. The location was great! Negative: The couch definitely needs updating Parking is tough on a weekend if you have more then one car. There is only one television which was disappointing. Some pans had stuck on food on them so we had to buy some. Also there is only one mirror which is in the bathroom so that was challenging and only one trash can for two units which was overflowing so that was definitely a down fall. It’s a nice property but definitely priced too high.

Weekend getaway went amazing! The place was so neat, I felt at home. The host is very responsive and welcoming. 10/10 recommend booking with Strhost

Perfect location for a peaceful shore getaway. Close to the beach (the path is right there - we found it to be an 8 min walk from the door to the beach down a lovely path through the dunes. Look for bunny rabbits on the path!). The neighborhood is quiet, but it was a quick drive to the Atlantic City Boardwalk. There are lots of restaurants within easy driving distance in Brigantine. The apartment was nice and well stocked. The listing didn’t mention some of the amenities: there are 2 beach tags included and the bathroom was stocked with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. There was dish soap and other cleaning supplies too. There is also a washer/dryer combo but no directions (we looked it up online). We had a great time and would definitely come back again!

- Meg E , Posted: 8/10/2025

Thank you for your wonderful feedback Meg! We’re glad you enjoyed the location, quiet neighborhood, and well-stocked apartment. We appreciate your notes about the amenities and are thrilled you had a great time. We’d love to host you again!

Really cute spot for a summer beach get away with the girls! The host is very easy to reach! We had some difficulty getting inside on the day of the check in but the host was very responsive and helped us resolve the situation. Easy access to the beach and easy drive to atlantic city. I’d stay here again!

- Jeongeun K , Posted: 7/11/2025

I had a wonderful stay at this beach house! Clean, comfortable, and just a short walk from the ocean. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was beautiful, and the outdoor shower is a plus. Perfect spot to relax and unwind!

- Morgan W , Posted: 6/27/2025

The best experience ever. Thanks so much for everything.

- Michael Z , Posted: 6/24/2025

This was the perfect getaway for a few nights with my sons. Safe neighborhood, quiet streets, one block from the beach. Very short drive to Atlantic City boardwalk with lots to do and places to eat as well as outlet shops. The house was equipped with everything we needed, included linens and kitchenware and was recently updated. Beds were firm but comfortable and each room had its own air conditioner. The beach feels private as it is far from the public access point and close to the community center with basketball courts and pickleball. Overall, very nice stay! Thank you

Great experience

- Nestor M , Posted: 3/1/2025

The Host was extremely communicative and transparent about the listing. During my stay, the Host made me aware that there could be potential showings of the property to those interested. Although this caught me by surprise, the Host reassured me that ample notice would be given if there were any showings booked. Thankfully, there were not any booked. I appreciated knowing if there were going to be any showings in advanced. For that reason, I would book with them again. The location was great and well maintained.

We Enjoyed Our Stay The home was cozy and comfortable. Clean and had everything you would need. Great host - friendly and responsive. Smooth check in and check out. It was a great experience and stay.

- Kennya S , Posted: 12/27/2024

So thankful for this host. My party of four required last minute accommodations and we were able to secure the reservation and access the property within an hour. The unit is on the second floor, quiet, and was easily accessible with a key code. Plenty of towels and linens. Clean and cozy. Would definitely recommend.

- Tammy F , Posted: 10/22/2024

We had a great stay - the apartment was clean and easy to use, and the location is wonderful.

- Cameron M , Posted: 10/17/2024

Nice, cozy place. Felt at home. Beautiful kitchen. Appliances are new and spotless. Double full bunks were convenient. Convenient location, located very close to the beach and also driving distance of all things the island has to offer. Towels and extra blankets were in each closet. Loved that the host left coffee pods ready to use. Pots and pans were in good shape. To know: the beach is close but far there’s about a 250 (or more) foot walk from start to beach front.

- Meghan S , Posted: 9/3/2024

Place is pretty to look at and close to the beach. I would recommend that the host do a better check on the place after quest leave. We found huge issues that totally destroyed our stay. Bed and Dryer both BROKEN as well as soft spots in the flooring. Bath tub should have anti-slip stickers on the bottom.

- Suzanne G , Posted: 8/27/2024

Nice place to stay. Clean and very close to the beach.

- Lisa B , Posted: 8/24/2024

This is a great place to stay if you are looking for a family friendly spot near the beach. The apartment is modern, clean, and as close to the beach as it gets. The hosts were amazing and incredibly responsive. We look forward to visiting again.

- Maria R , Posted: 7/27/2024

Beautiful place, spotless clean. NOT “someone’s home” as AirBnB adds to the listing. It’s a rental place. Therefore it’s pretty bare except for the essentials. For example, if you need a drink pitcher, a ppencil, a bandaid, etc. you’re out of luck. Also, ALL the plates and cups are melamine. A beautiful pattern but if you don’t like heating up your food in plastic, or eating off plastic, you don’t have a choice.

- Natalia M , Posted: 7/24/2024

Excellent service

- Zoe S , Posted: 7/5/2024

My family and I did a short stay in Brigantine to begin the summer. The apartment was perfect for our needs, we were walking distance to the beach, local to some delicious cafes, and the kitchen space was amazing. The kids loved having bunkers for a weekend, and the master bedroom was so peaceful and comfortable. The outdoor shower was especially useful after hours on the beach with 3 kids that buried themselves in the sand over and over. We would gladly comeback for another stay.

- Tyler P , Posted: 4/8/2024

We didn't spend so much time inside. So. for us was what we needed. We are familiar with Brigantine! My sister lived there for circa 30 years. All together, was a pleasant stay. But, I'd be very happy to have a personal chat with Jenn With STRHOST, for more details. Regards, Radu Mirea

Beautiful rental Clean and looked like the photos on the listing. Loved the washer dryer in the unit. Added an extra night due to be so cozy!

- Kayla N , Posted: 2/26/2024

Very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Kitchen supplied with all utensils/pots needed to cook and washer/dryer in the apartment which was very convenient. Also a short walk to the beach, less than 5 minutes and also walking distance to some restaurants. Would definitely stay here again while visiting Brigintine.

This beach apartment was Sparkling clean, with comfortable beds, nice kitchen (with full set of pots and pans), quiet neighborhood, enjoyable deck, outdoor shower, walking distance to shopping and dining. Everything I was looking for. Did I mention it was sparkling clean?

- Thomas W , Posted: 10/7/2023

Wonderful beach getaway. Positive: Nicely decorated, updated, close to beach, quiet street, and plenty of parking. Negative: Would of been nice to have a lamp or two in the living room. The ceiling lights were extremely bright and no way to dim them. There were no serving bowls except for one giant bowl. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were less than comfortable. These minor inconveniences didn’t overshadow our stay.

- Claire V , Posted: 8/27/2023

Last Minute Getaway
2nd floor unit was very clean. New throughout. Host was very communicative. Great area of Brigantine.

- Michelle Z , Posted: 8/22/2023

Great place to relax and hit the beach! Everything is in walking distance and we even got to see the AC Air Show from the beach. Bottom bunk is good for 2 kids, top bunk was too wobbly and scary for additional sleepers. We were able to comfortably fit 3 adults and 2 children using master/spare bedrooms and an air mattress in the living room. Only 1 toilet was rough but not much more you can add with the square footage you have. Overall great place and we had a great time!!

- Jonathan M , Posted: 8/20/2023

We loved this place! We had an amazing time. The apartment was very clean and had all the essentials. The best part is that it is a short walk to the beach. Highly recommend this to anyone visiting Brigantine.

The place was super easy to find and very clean! It was just what we expected! My only negative was there was only 1 bathroom in the upstairs unit. It was listed as a 1 and 1/2. I asked to have that corrected for future renters of the upstairs unit! Other then that everything was exactly like it was portrayed. I would for sure rent again!

- Robin K , Posted: 8/11/2023

- Carl H , Posted: 8/7/2023

This was a great 2nd floor apartment with a short walk to the beach. My family and I were very happy with our stay. They even quickly found child proof outlet plugs and delivered them when we asked - so nice! Would definitely recommend and stay again.

- Matthew S , Posted: 7/11/2023

We had a great stay in Brigantine! The location was wonderful! Once we arrived, we did not need to drive anywhere. It's just a short walk to the beach and there are stores, restaurants and ice cream in walking distance as well. We enjoyed the kitchen and the outdoor space the most - even the shower! Although the unit was listed as having 1.5 bathrooms, there was only one full bath in the unit. If you're looking for a great location and comfortable place to stay in Brigantine, we recommend this unit!

I was extremely disappointed in the price I paid compared to the stay we experienced. The lock code to enter was incorrect so we were locked out for a while. It was incredibly dusty and small and the worst part is we had to sleep in the freezing cold because the space heaters kept tripping the power. This was horrible especially with two young babies. Also the hot water ran out in 5 min and we had to shower our babies in cool water. I want a refund and would not recommend.

- Alicia R , Posted: 2/14/2023

Andrea and Jennifer were amazing hosts. They were very helpful with any questions we had and very quick to respond. The place is beautiful inside and out and our stay was very comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was a huge plus which saved time and money from having to go to a laundromat. Also having a private parking spot along with plenty of street parking was great and very convenient. By far this place was the cleanest Airbnb I have stayed in to date and very well stocked. The location is right by the beach and in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. I would love to stay here again should we ever be staying in the area and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the future. The hosts and the place were above and beyond our expectations.

This place is clean and fine enough but very bare bones. There is not much decor or warmth. When we arrived, the bed felt lumpy, and we looked underneath and a bunch of the slats had come off. We were able to fix it but it contributed to our impression that all the furniture felt cheap. The linens were not very nice. My biggest complaint is that the kitchen was missing a lot of basic items: spatula, wooden spoon, measuring cups, even a bottle opener. All the plates and bowls were non-microwave-safe plastic, and the wine glasses were all plastic too. That being said, the kitchen itself is bright and beautiful, with a large island and a bunch of stools. There is no kitchen table though.
