We stayed here in mid-September with young children and elderly grandparents. The apartment itself was acceptable, but it was minimally stocked compared to other rentals—no coffee, salt, sugar, or extra toilet paper were provided. The main issue was communication with the host. I requested a slightly later checkout, as the apartment wasn’t booked for the rest of the month, which would have helped our family manage the day more comfortably. Despite following up several times, I never received a clear answer. The host repeatedly mentioned needing to confirm with the cleaners but ultimately provided no response, even as checkout time passed. Overall, this lack of communication and support from the host made our stay much less convenient than it could have been.

Great location, host was very responsive and helpful. Outdoor hose is available to clean up after the beach before heading inside.

Staying at Strhost's place was a great experience. The house was clean, and the communication was excellent. Very quick walk to the beach, which with a toddler was a huge plus for us. Slightly bigger TV would be a nice touch, but not anything that would stop us from coming back :). Highly recommended!"

The place was in a great location-easily walkable to the beach. It was clean and check-in was easy. The only issue we had was that there was no blowdryer in the unit and I didn't bring one because it was listed as one of the items in the unit.

This is the second time we stayed at this property. Last year we were on the bottom floor, this year the top. Location is perfect walk to the beach, easy to park and quiet area. The reasons for 4 stars instead of 5 is there is no outdoor shower so the sand comes in and ends up getting everywhere. Also the washer, dryer and dishwasher are extremely loud. Having a baby and a 7 year old we do a lot of laundry, so it was tough after they went to sleep. Otherwise everything is great, would stay again!

We booked this place to have a family weekend getaway for our youngest son's 21st birthday. It was easy to find and the instructions to get inside were very clear and easy. It was a beautiful home and a comfortable to stay. We had one issue and that was when we went to leave to go out for the day that the electronic door lock wouldn't work. We figured out it was the batteries died and I sent Steve a message right away. He said he contacted someone and that the cleaners would get batteries for it. I asked how are we to lock the door and he said the owner said we could get the key from lock box and use it till we check out, so that is what we did. I was very satisfied that he responded in minutes and told us exactly how to get to the key so we can lock the door. We would absolutely stay here again! Plus, 1 block from the beach was amazing too! Thank you again for having us!
