We stayed at the Cozy Condo in the winter and still loved the location, peacefulness and proximity to the ocean. Plenty of restaurants and shops were open as well. The hosts were always very friendly and responsive and provided very clear instructions for parking and check-in. The condo was clean and had all the essentials, which was convenient and made our stay very comfortable. We felt right at home and appreciated the host’s attention to detail. The whole family agreed that we would love to stay here again- thanks to a great experience!!

This property is first-rate - quiet, nicely furnished, clean, well thought out, spacious, with every detail attended to. It is tucked away in a quiet corner of Brigantine, VERY close to the sea wall and a small beach, and only a short drive from any kind of shop or restaurant you might need. The host is VERY kind and responsive. He went the extra mile to check out the answers to my questions about the TV beforehand, and patiently provided clear information about checkin and checkout. We are an older couple who visited with our adult son but it would also be great for a family with little kids. We give this property the strongest possible recommendation!

The best part of this listing was the proximity to the beach. So easy to return for lunch, etc. It was great for 3 adults, 1 child and 1 baby. The front porch offered another place to hang out and it was great to have the hose out front for washing off sand. Kitchen is very nice, gas stove and big refrigerator. Everything felt new and well kept. Our family had a great vacation. We hope to return again.

Steps to the Beach, Spotless Condo, Quiet Neighborhood. A Perfect Stay. Positive: Received lock codes from Host upon arrival. It's a duplex condo, there is a locked outer door and a locked door to enter to unit. Both are keypad locks. Very secure. Negative: We would like the local restaurants stay open later. Many kitchens close at 9 pm, which is very early, especially if you're on vacation. Luckily our stay had a lovely and clean kitchen.

We absolutely loved our stay and would love to go back. You cannot beat the proximity to the beach and the home is absolutely perfect for a needed beach stay. My only complaint was that on the bottom floor you can hear every step quite loudly from the neighbors above which can be startling while sleeping. They have the home stocked with everything you could need and they definitely put the extra thought into the little things which was noticed . Communication and helpfulness was 5 stars. Had a really wonderful stay and excited to rebook next summer.

I visited Andi's place with my husband, 3-year-old and 12-year-old. The location cannot be beat, and the beach is small and quiet which was perfect for us. The boardwalk was also nice to walk on. Just a couple things to note, as another reviewer mentioned, the furniture in the living room is not the same as the pictures. The photos show two couches, there was one couch and two sitting chairs with very low backs that were not comfortable or good for kids at all. It would have been nice to have some more supplies in the kitchen (cookie sheets, tin foil, etc.) but we made do- a grill would have also been great. You can hear the people upstairs, but it didn't bother us much as we already had a loud toddler with us :) None of these things would deter us from staying again as we had a great time and hope to return!

I wanted a location that was peaceful, serene, and walkable to the beach. I GOT ALL 3 with this fabulous place. The owners maintained great communication with me, always answering any questions. I loved the decor and beach and ocean motif in their home. I actually took pictures to remind me of this beautiful experience, so thank you. Definitely would come back. The only feedback is this: 1. I think the kitchen could use more cook ware and accessories. They did say it has the bare essentials, so they were clear. As an “amateur” chef, I prep and cook most meals, even though this beautiful beach community that has lots of restaurant options. Just my thing. 2. This is independent of this booking, but just find AirBnB fees excessive , especially when traveling alone, and I’m a very organized and clean person. But that’s across the board, especially in nice places like theirs. I just need to find another work around. Enjoy Brigantine! Great away from the crowds! 🏖️

I'm a little torn because there really was nothing "wrong" with the place but it just wasn't a right fit for our family: 2 adults, 2 kids under 3, 1 full week. Pros: - the location cannot be beat - the place was clean and well stocked with a few cleaning essentials (sponge, dish soap, dishwater pods etc) - the host were incredibly responsive Cons/not a fit: - it's a bottom unit of course so you hear the upstairs people quite a bit; however the AC unit is so loud that it covers it up nicely - the table is a table top w/ spinning bar stools so you can't fix a high chair and we couldn't keep our toddler safe while seated this high. - The air freshener was headache inducing but thankfully the hosts told us where it was so we could remove it. - The TV remote did not work - The tub caulk and shower curtains could really use some changing - The living room doesn't match the pictures, the furniture is almost completely different. Nothing vacation ruining thus 4 stars.

This was a return trip to Andis condo for us and we look forward to returning next year. Our family feels so at home here and we love how close it is to the beach. The Annual Family Gathering
There are anywhere from 14 to 17 of us and we have been gathering in Brigantine since 1999 for a week of pure family time. We always rented a big house up around 18th to 24th street, but now the grandkids are almost all grown, they live in five different states and would come for a few days so we felt it easier if each family had their own space...we rented three of the condos and with the amazing backyard, it was perfect, we gathered on the first floor deck for breakfast, the beach (steps away) for the day, the top apartment for the Phillies game and the back yard every evening for a cookout and my 80th birthday celebration. My son brought his grill and you have two great picnic tables and all the necessities of life inside. All we missed was a washer/dryer, but that fact could be helped by a clothesline in the yard for towels instead of having them all over the deck railings. But, it was an easy and fun-filled week. We definitely try it again. Since it is for sale, we will wait to see what the new owners change or (sadly) destroy - Thanks for my week, you made it easy and were always quick to answer any questions.

We booked at the last minute due to a family emergency for a week. Andi was responsive at all times with any questions. The place is clean with modern decor and amenities and the beds are comfortable. Loved having plenty of towels, hangers and lots of plugs for electronics. The kitchen was well appointed and we enjoyed having the convenience of the Keurig and waters in the fridge. If you rent this unit, you should know that if someone is staying in the upstairs unit, you will hear them walking around etc. and the A/C is quite loud when it turns on and runs. Those things didn't bother us and we would gladly stay again but if you're sensitive to noise, you may want to take that into consideration. The location is so close to the beach and the deck was lovely to sit outside and relax. We also appreciated the hose in front with the wooden mat to rinse the sand off after our walks. All in all, I felt so lucky to have booked Andi's place.

Andi’s place was great but the unit upstairs had loud guests that we could hear clearly. Fortunately, they didn’t stay up late. Otherwise it was great.

The unit was wonderful, but it was saturated with toxic air fresheners. Within 15 minutes, my daughter and I had terrible headaches and nausea which lasted the entire time we stayed there. If you are sensitive to perfume or have asthma, this is not the place to rent. If I had known that I would have booked a different place.

Perfect beach apartment for a fun weekend getaway! Positive: This apartment was perfect for 4 ppl. It was so clean! We rent beach houses every summer so I've seen a lot of rentals, this place was the cleanest I've ever seen. The floor boards and in the corners were completely clean! The fan and ac vents were free of built up dust. They even had plug in air fresheners that made the place smell lovely. I was very pleased at the care that goes into maintaining this property. There is nothing I can honestly say that is negative. There were complimentary water bottles in the fridge. They gave 6 k cups for the coffee machine along with packets that contained sweeteners and sugar. The beach is literally 2 houses away. 15 minutes to AC and the casinos. Very quiet neighborhood. Negative: Honestly, nothing. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a fantastic stay. The airbnb was beautiful and everything was clean. We were literally a few steps away from the beach and minutes from restaurants and AC. The host, Andrea, was communicative throughout our stay and we plan on coming back again! The only minor issue is parking is a little tricky, as coming in was a bit tight with the electric poles in the way. But besides that, no major issues and will be visiting again!

This was our second time staying in one of Andrea’s properties and it was just as great as the last time. You can’t beat the location- such an easy/short walk to beach with our three kiddos (including a one month old) and all the gear that comes with it. Hoses to wash off after beach were perfect. Condo was clean, modern & comfortable for our group!! We also love the option for long weekends in the summer as it’s not always possible to do a full week or sometimes you just want to do a few days!

Relaxing family vacation

Overall a good quality visit for a nice weekend for sure. Positive: The property was clean and well equipped. Negative:  Unfortunately, the coffee maker taste of the vinegar. It should’ve been checked prior to arrival. Also, the batteries on the remote should’ve been checked. Also, we didn’t like the fact that we heard a noise from the second floor. I guess nothing can be done about that. I believe there were too many people in the upstairs apartment with the initial visit there. That’s just my take.

We had an exceptional stay here, this property is a hidden GEM until you experience it yourself! Positive: The price of the unit is more than fair and lower than other deals with less amenities. To say the unit was clean is an understatement! It was spotless! Only 250 feet from the beach is so convenient. Easy private parking in front. Located in beautiful and quiet Brigantine. Amenities included more than listed in ad including all bed linens pillows, baths with all linen provided. Kitchen very well stocked for all cooking needs. Appliances, plumbing and HVAC all performed perfectly. Seemed as everything was brand new and the units layout is outstanding. Porch,deck very nice with table and lounge chairs, spacious as well. We met the Facility and housekeeping staff who were wonderfully helpful and even checked in on us. We will definitely be returning next summer. Negative: Only that we couldn't have stayed longer than our schedules allowed.
