The home is just steps from the beach with all the amenities you would want for a large family stay in Atlantic City. With multiple outdoor spaces and ample seating this could be your families’ summer beach getaway. Think of two full family suites with kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms. Perfect for groups! Everything is in walking distance, beach access, casinos, Boardwalk Hall and great Restaurants. Beds are awesome as are the many bathrooms- and Plenty of towels too! Only callout is the kitchen is light on cooking, tableware and eating supplies. Not a complaint, just expect the supplies to be more in line of a typical Shore rental from a local real estate firm vs Airbnb kitchen and bath supplies!

We rented this place for my brother’s wedding weekend, and it couldn’t have been a better choice! The home was beautiful, clean, and perfectly located. We loved taking morning and evening walks along the beach and boardwalk — it made for such a relaxing and memorable time with family. It truly felt like a home away from home. We faced challenges during our stay. Alan, our host, was receptive and always available to address concerns. We had problems with malfunctioning locks on two bedrooms and the first-floor half bathroom. These issues trapped guests inside the rooms requiring someone to use a wire from the outside to open the doors or made the bathroom inaccessible. Because maintenance personnel were unavailable over the weekend, Alan took the initiative to break open the locks and replaced them the next day with new door handles. The location of the house is excellent, with many great restaurants nearby. The Wi-Fi system in the house is reliable. The house seems to be undergoing renovations. With several of the improvements mentioned, such as fixing locks, improving housekeeping, maintaining backyard and stairs, the guest experience will be better. I would recommend this Airbnb to others seeking convenient place to stay in Atlantic City.

We were incredibly disappointed with our stay at this property. While the location is close to the beach, the home itself was in very poor condition and did not match the listing. Major safety concerns included missing doorknobs, loose and unsafe railings on every porch, uneven floors, and plumbing issues throughout the home. The kitchen was essentially unusable — pots and pans were in terrible condition, and we had ants everywhere. Cleanliness was also an issue, with dirty linens and a generally unkempt feel. The floor plan was extremely awkward and not disclosed accurately in the listing — to access two of the bedrooms and the kitchenette, we had to walk through another bedroom, which offered no privacy. We raised these issues with the host but received little response and no meaningful resolution. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this property to anyone. It was a frustrating experience and fell far short of expectations.

Location of the house was amazing, but the house itself needs moderate TLC. Overall our stay was pleasant; host was responsive, property was spacious, and distance to the beach was super convenient. However, house does need some immediate repairs.

The house is in a fantastic location and has plenty of space, which made it a great option for hosting a large group. It's also conveniently close to the beach, which we really enjoyed. That said, there were several issues that significantly impacted our stay. While the host was quick to respond to messages, they were not particularly proactive or helpful in resolving our concerns. There were minor cosmetic and functionality issues—such as broken or loose door handles, confusing or missing instruction manuals, and poorly labeled light and fan switches—that made navigating the home unnecessarily frustrating. The most serious problem was the air conditioning, which malfunctioned during our stay. The house remained above 80 degrees the entire time, which made the environment extremely uncomfortable, especially for a large group. Although a maintenance person was promised, we waited over 3 hours with no update or resolution. Unfortunately, despite repeated follow-ups, little was done.

I believe we were very prompt honest and responsive to any and all issues. We had a situation with our maintenance team that allowed them to not be able to arrive promptly to the property to attend to the issues as quickly as you had hoped. For future reference the AC has been fixed and is working perfectly. We hope to be able to host you again sometime soon :)
