Payment: 50% of the reservation will be charged at booking and 50% will be charged 90 days from check in.

Cancellation Policy: 96%(4% charge as we don't get processing fee back) refund up to 90 days from check in. 50% refund for cancellations 30 to 90 days from check in and no refund for cancellations within 30 days.

What to expect after booking: We will send you a rental agreement to sign and we will request a photo of you holding your ID which must match the card paid with.
