Pets are welcome! There is a one-time $25 pet fee per stay. We kindly ask that you clean up after your pet and help keep fur and dirty paws off the furniture

We kindly ask that guests remove shoes indoors to preserve our flooring and keep the space clean for everyone.

Routine Maintenance: Someone for trash pickup may stop by during daytime hours on designated days. They will never disturb you for more than a few minutes.

Travel Insurance: We recommend purchasing travel insurance (Airbnb offers it at checkout) for peace of mind. As a small business, we can’t typically refund for last-minute weather events or travel disruptions.
