Pine Cone Cottage- *Cozy Woodland Retreat*

This house is just a short 12-13 minute drive outside of Downtown Prescott and is a great escape from the city. Surrounded by the trees, we saw deer and other animals daily. We really enjoyed our stay and walks around the neighborhood. Host was very responsive and provided us with all the information that we needed for our stay.

Great cottage! Very clean, felt very private, picturesque, had a great stay. For a first experience through AirB&B it was perfect and more than I was hoping for. Will definitely book this cottage on future visits to Prescott

Absolutely adorable cottage in the mountains! Clean, well-appointed and quiet! Very close to everything but feels peaceful and secluded. I was a solo traveler, but the cottage would be perfect for couples or small family.

We had a relaxing weekend and loved all the wildlife. Wifi went down for a few hours, luckily we brought some books, probably would've sat outside but it was still a little chilly. The cottage was definitely perfect for 2 people.

Overall, the venue, wildlife, accommodations, view, location, amenities, and even neighbors were nice. The communication AFTER the listing was secured was thorough, but that's where it stopped. I'll likely be back here if not back in the general area. Ironically, the coffee jar was completely out of coffee cups. Hopefully, it'll be filled before next time.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The location is quiet. The cottage is cozy. It was quite nice to sit outside on the patio and watch the deer, javelinas, and woodpeckers. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a nice space to get away for a couple’s weekend in the woods. We enjoyed seeing a plethora of wild life every morning with our morning coffee. This is the perfect spot to an escape from the Phoenix heat and busy. Host communicated well, provided essentials, and had recommendations for ways to enjoy the town.

The cabin is situated in a beautiful area. We enjoyed watching the deer and javelina from the patio. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. The host was responsive and made our stay more enjoyable. We will definitely return to enjoy the peace and tranquility.

This was a very nice stay! My 8 year old son and I traveled to Arizona due to my father passing away and having to clean up some personal things. I did not want to stay in a hotel, but wanted something a bit more. This was a very cozy cabin and had everything that we needed for the couple of days we were in town. The cottage was clean and free of any clutter. The beds very very comfy, so comfy that we did not want to wake up in the morning. There were also a surprise of about 20-30 deer around the cottage so my son and I found some peace with nature and fed the deer some strawberries. The area is beautiful and quiet, and we could not have asked for anything more due to the circumstances of the travel. I would go so far to say it helped being in the cottage environment. I would definitely stay here again for a peaceful get away. Great food about 10 minutes down the hill, and a pretty cool little town center with a park and a lot of nice amenities. The property was located in a beautiful mountain neighborhood with wildlife all around! It was large enough for 2 adults and a small child. It was clean and had all the amenities listed. The host was friendly and responsive. I would recommend!

in a rural quiet, peaceful setting. lake is approx 3 miles away. hiking trails close by. town easily accessible with my opinions. biking trails not far with miles of trail or for running, walking.

Pinecone cottage was lovely! From seeing a dozen deer and a dozen wild boar when we drove in, cottage was pristine and easy to navigate.
