Remodeled Mansion Ready for Summer! sleeps 16.

This is a beautiful home! My family and I stayed during the week of Christmas. The host is SUPER responsive! We were able to check in a bit early, and when the original code did not work he IMMEDIATLY fixed it within 2 minutes. Very Responsive. Everything was clean, the home looks exactly how it looks in the photos. There were a lot of seasonings and oils left behind to use. The property is about a block and half from the beach, very walkable. There is a Wawa literally next door to the home literally like 10 steps. Acme is a 5 minute drive. Living room HUGE, we had game/movie night in there every day. Dining room also big. I can’t wait to visit again!

Jordan’s place was absolutely perfect for us! We were looking for a large enough space for our wedding party to be accommodated while everyone having their own rooms and space. This home was large enough where this was able to be possible! Not only that, but our groomsmen got ready at this home and we now because this home was so beautiful. Highly recommend staying here in Brigantine if you have a large party if you’re looking for an updated home, want to make sure you have plenty of space, great location, and easy check in & check out process!

We stayed with a large group with kids. The house was very spacious (9 bedrooms, 6 full baths and a half bath). It is close to a lot of shops/restaurants and is a quick walk to the beach. It was a great house for our group!

This Brigantine property was perfect for our large group's stay with kids. With all the available bedrooms, varied floors, and backyard space we had a great setup for everyone to have enough room, which is hard for a group of 14! It is very close to the beach and very easy to get around Brigantine and AC. Jordan was always very quick to respond to questions or issues, which we greatly appreciated!

Overall, our stay was amazing. I appreciated that Jordan was both friendly and flexible, responding within a timely manner. The place itself was exactly as pictured. While we had a bit of an issue getting in initially, Jordan didn’t leave us hanging and made sure that we got inside. Most convenient, there was no cleaning that was required of us (though we did clean out of respect). I would definitely come back here again should I need a place that accommodates a large group!

After an issue with a home being canceled last minute for MDW, we had to find a new house quickly and within our budget with many bedrooms for our large party. Jordan helped us out so much by helping us keep this home without our budget. I am so glad we were able to stay here as the home was perfect. He made a very horrible situation better. The home was in such a great location. I was able to walk to many places without any issues. There was so much space for our large party. The home was exactly what the pictures looked like. We unfortunately weren’t able to utilize the backyard as we couldn’t find the fire pit and the grass was a bit long but that’s okay! The inside made up for what we couldn’t do outside. The large driveway helped all of us by providing a lot of space for many cars. The house was filled with many extra blankets, towels, sheets. There were many games provided too. They really surprised us with this home. Hopefully we are able to stay here again next MDW!

This home was spacious beyond belief. My team was in town for a conference at the Convention center and there were 7 of us in 6 of the 9 bedrooms. On the first floor there were 4 bedrooms, one was en suite and the other three shared 2 full bathrooms. On the second floor was the massive main living space, a half bath and a king sized en suite. There was a large, well stocked kitchen, large dining table that sat 10 people, and a breakfast nook. There was also a huge “family room “ space with reclining sofas for 8 and additional chairs. A fun place to hang and watch TV or talk that was far from the bedrooms so not to disturb people. On the third floor were 4 more bedrooms and two large bathrooms, and a sitting area. With bedrooms and shared living spaces on each floor and you could really have your own space while living with so many other people. We were together yet very much private. Tons of parking and Wawa within feet. Clean, light filled. Truly the best in the AC area.

We held a 3-day strategic retreat here with our company's 9-member management team, and the house was perfect for our needs. We met around the large dining table and fixed breakfast and lunch in the kitchen. Walks on the beach provided a welcome contrast to the time spent sitting around the table. Great house! We were a family of 8 and had a wonderful stay! Just a short distance from the beach. The house had ample beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and trolleys to transport it all to the beach. Outdoor shower was spacious and private. The house was clean. We were even surprised with all of the games that were there that entertained the kids.

We loved staying at this house. The host was very reliable and responsive to all questions/concerns we had leading to the day of check in. We were a family of 11 and had ample space, with beds left over. Wish there were TVS in the bedrooms, at the very least the Master. Great location, walking distance to the beach, Wawa, and shops/restaurants. Large driveway able to fit multiple vehicles which was a plus I didn’t realize we needed. Overall, highly recommend staying here, especially if you’re a large group looking for ample space in a great location. We will most definitely be back next year!

Great location. Overpriced for what you get. House was not clean, checked in late due to housekeeping still " cleaning", listing photos aren't accurate with some features, too many co-hosts and slow response time. One of the co-hosts/cleaners who was at the rental when we arrived was rude and had an attitude. Overall, great location but way overpriced.

The inside of the house was lovely! Clean, bright, nicely decorated and had all we needed for a 3 night, 2 day stay. Beach was very walkable. The outside did not match the description. The furniture on the porch did not match listing. The outside shower did not work our entire stay and the host did not respond to my inquiries about it. The firepits pictured in listing were in disarray/not useable. When we arrived all of the trash containers outside were full (they did respond to this inquiry and had someone come remove some of the trash the next day so we had space for ours when we left). The home sits right next to a Wawa which was convenient, but there was Wawa trash scattered throughout the backyard (wrappers, food boxes, etc.). The beach tags left for use in the house were all expired so we had to purchase our own - we got no response to our inquiry on this either. The issues were minimal though and we enjoyed our stay overall.

We had a group of 10 guys, some who either had spring break from teaching and others who were able to get away for weekend enjoy a weekend in Atlantic City to watch the Final 4 and stayed in this beautiful house in Brigantine. It was very spacious, very easy to check in to and Jordan was great getting back to me with any questions I had. The Wawa right next door was very convenient. It was about a 12-16 min drive to most casinos. I would stay here again!

We experienced two issues during our stay, but this is still an easy 5 star rating. First, the cleaning crew left a load of wet towels in the washing machine, and it smelled quite mildewy. Not a big deal, but we gave the hosts a heads up, and they apologized and dropped off a dozen donuts for us the next morning. The second issue was more significant: the stove was not working. Upon notification, the hosts were immediately responsive and sent someone out to try and fix it. The stove wound up needing a part that could not be obtained until after our stay. The hosts were very apologetic and reimbursed us for the cost of our food that we brought but could not cook. While the lack of a stove was inconvenient, the hosts handling of the situation was exactly what I would hope for in this situation. The remainder of our stay was wonderful. The house is beautiful, comfortable, and well stocked with toiletries and other essentials. We will be renting this amazing house again!

Great group get-away
We came with our dance team for a competition in Atlantic City - fantastic experience all around. The house is spacious, clean, comfy, and so well stocked it was more like staying with a friend than a temporary rental. 7 tween girls and their moms - plenty of space to get ready in the morning, spread out and chill in the evening, practice routines, and feed a small army. Host was very responsive to any questions/issues that came up, check-in and check-out was no fuss. Just a great trip overall. Thank you!

This house was perfect for our large group to get together and celebrate a 40th birthday weekend. The house was amazing. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Incredibly clean and well stocked with everything you might need. We were all impressed with this place. Family reunion at the Mansion
Great for gathering everyone on 2nd floor kitchen/dining spacious and theatre room perfect to watch game or movies together. Spacious and well planned layout for everyone to have their own space. This house was great for a party of 12 adults…. everyone had a nice bed to sleep in. The exterminating service is fantastic as we didn’t see one bug while we stayed in the house & it was extremely clean when we arrived. You are able to park a car a very short distance from the beach access location at the end of the road if you have anyone who cannot walk a far distance. Jordan communicated with me before, during and after my stay. I couldn’t have asked for a nicer host!

Wonderful home
We came down for a softball tournament and it was rained out. We made the best of the beautiful and spacious home and had a wonderful weekend despite the weather and cancelled games!

Love the lay out of the place. By having 3 floors we were all together as a ministry team but had private places for sleeping and talking. The locations just 1 block from the beach gave us opportunity to walk nightly. All of the finishes were tastefully done and there was plenty of everything we needed. Overall, everyone raved about our time together.

This place has everything you need in a rental home! It was amazing and the house felt very at home. They had all of the amenities from a hosting or cooking perspective.
