The 1925 Senators House- 100 Yr Old Home downtown!

The home is absolutely beautiful, my only regret is that I wasn’t there long enough to enjoy all the amenities such as sitting on the front porch enjoying a book or even using the gym. I felt very lucky to stay in a historic Home such as this one. The history behind this area is so unique. I would love to book it again, staying longer, of course.

We had a wonderful stay at The Senator’s House! What really made this home stand out was the functional weight room, the incredible character of the home paired with how clean everything was, and the ample space to spread out and relax—both in the comfortable indoor seating areas and out on the porch. It was easy to unwind and feel at home here. The hosts were also great communicators, making the entire stay smooth from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again!

1925 Senator's House was even better than the pictures! Everything was super clean and from the moment we walked in it felt like home. Walkable neighborhood and proximity to the downtown square was great. It was well equipped with anything you would need. By far my favorite was the front porch for relaxing and kicking back!

The house was very nice. I loved the combination of modern conveniences and historical details. My favorite part was the front porch. The beds were comfortable and the house provided lots of sleeping options for a large group. My family had a wonderful time at this Airbnb, and I will recommend it to others in the future.

An Airbnb the way it’s supposed to be! Homey, amenities on amenities, extras of everything and even spices in the cabinets! LOTS of them! So hard to find these days. They really thought of everything to make the home as comfortable as possible!

Beautiful home with lots of character, charm and history. Everything was very clean upon arrival and had all the needed extras. Close to everything, including downtown Prescott. Loved the front porch and enjoyed sipping coffee and evening drinks while watching local wildlife (saw a deer walking down the street). Host was very communicative and helpful and responded immediately. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home. Historic home with all of today’s modern amenities and conveniences. We loved sitting on the front porch. The bathrooms were outfitted perfectly. My daughter ran several days in the area. The town of Prescott had so many things to offer. Frannie’s had great coffee and the açaí bowl was the best. Took a day trip to Jerome. Highly recommend. Beautiful area and this home was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the area while we dropped our son off to Embry for his 1st year of college.

From check-in to check-out the hosts were awesome! They allowed us to check in a little early so we could drop our bags before going out to explore. One night, after returning from a day long adventure, we noticed the ac was not working but we had technicians out the very next day to get everything working properly. The house is beautiful and we had some very cute visitors most mornings (deer). I 100% would recommend staying here to everybody. Thank you so much for letting us stay here!

This home was perfect for our family. Location is outstanding for access to downtown Prescott. Three spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms, with all bedrooms and two baths upstairs. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need, if preparing meals. We ate all meals out, as Prescott offers outstanding dining. The surrounding historic neighborhood was a beautiful neighborhood for walking. The property is not fenced and is on a busy street, which did not bother us at all. If you have small toddlers, you’ll want to watch them closely when outside in the front yard. The exercise room is a great bonus. The home has a lot of history, and is a great mix of period furniture with added modern touches. Everything is designed to make you feel comfortable and at home. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Host’s communication was fabulous.

This house is stunning. It was a treat for our family to stay in this beautiful historic home. The beds are comfortable, space is relaxing, and we were a short walk to fun coffee shops and restaurants, and a short drive to the lake for fishing. It checked all the boxes for everyone in our family! Probably my favorite thing was the kitchen is extremely well appointed. Everything you could need to cook a meal is there, and it’s all in great condition.
